JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a coordinator to support our busy and friendly International Toys & Games Team

You should be self-motivated and confident with excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Communicate all Master Toy activities globally to International Cluster Heads, International Retail team and International Brand team in an effort to drive the Global toy program from a product and sales perspective.

* Open up new lines of communication to agents, to ensure they are educated and supported with Master Toy partner agreements.

* Oversee the product development process for all Master licensees; Manage any creative conflicts between NCR and licensees during the product development process

* Support during quarterly financial forecasting process: ensure partners report royalties in a timely and consistent manner; create detailed financial forecast analysis; support with the presentation of quarterly royalty results and analysis to senior management and Cluster heads on forecasting calls

* Present property and business updates to licensees in creative and business “kick-off” meetings

* Support pre, during and post tradeshows, conferences, regional planning meetings, and licensee’s domestic & international offices to present property activities and provide strategic direction;

* Support on new business opportunities with current and prospective licensees; make recommendations to Manager /Director

* Assist with the creation and research documents that identify top selling toys, new growth opportunities and competitive landscape culled from trade journals, industry trend reviews and/or other available resources

* Initiate quarterly update meetings with key licensees and Cluster heads to ensure Licensee and Nickelodeon regions receive accurate and transparent information; distribute notes afterwards

* Work with licensees on setting up regular global meetings / updates

* Maintain an overall calendar of key products releases by licensee and distribute to territories on a quarterly basis

*Manage the deal memo and contract process for all licensees

* Maintain international licensee lists, Visual Line Lists (with product shots, in-store dates, wholesale and retail prices), Priority Product Lists, Contact Data Base, Contract Management System, Contract Status

* Pull together best practices and share – i.e. presentations / TVC / product development

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Experience in a licensing role
Proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Experience of working in a people-intensive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
A solutions-focused team player with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to multi-task and ensure competing deadlines are successfully met.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with different cultures from around the world
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Commercially minded and highly dedicated, as a Licensing coordinator, you must have first class multi-tasking ability coupled with project management skills.
Strong team-player
Experience dealing with foreign businesses.
Desirable
Foreign language skills - French, Spanish, German or Portuguese
