Baby Ariel is guest-starring on the all-new episode of Nickelodeon's hit live-action comedy series Henry Danger, and to celebrate, HollywoodLife has unveiled a super preview of her appearance! Her character, Patina, is finally able to leave the house, thanks to Kid Danger!
Patina’s finally here! In the fantastic preview of the episode, Henry (Jace Norman), dressed as Kid Danger, walks up to Patina (Ariel Martin, a.k.a. Baby Ariel) to meet her for the “first time.” Patina is so excited to be out of the house. “This suit is amazing,” she tells Kid Danger. “Thank you so much.” She’s wearing a suit to protect herself from air, since she’s allergic to it.
Patina, who is Jasper’s crush, asks Henry why he owes Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox) a favor. Henry knows that’s not the case — it was the other way around! He pins the question on Jasper, who just shrugs: “I don’t know!” Jasper quickly changes the subject and asks Patina to go win him a prize at the Cactus Ring Toss. “Okay, I’ll try!” Patina says, before adorably locking arms with Jasper!
The upcoming episode of Henry Danger is titled “The Great Cactus Con” and will premiere Nov. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon USA. In this episode, Jasper gets the chance to take his crush to Cactus Con, but when a mysterious villain gets involved in the convention the entire gang is forced into action!

Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell Face Off in an All-New 'Double Dare', Premiering on Nickelodeon, Wednesday, Nov. 21
Official Nickelodeon USA Press Release:
BURBANK, Calif.--Nov. 12, 2018--Kel Mitchell (Game Shakers) and Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live) reunite to compete against one another in a one-hour special episode of Nickelodeon’s iconic game show Double Dare, premiering Wednesday, Nov. 21, at 8:00 pm (ET/PT). Hosted by actress and digital creator Liza Koshy with original Double Dare host Marc Summers providing color commentary, the special will also guest star All That actress and comedian Lori Beth Denberg.
Paired with super fans, Team Kenan and Team Kel tackle some All That-themed trivia questions and compete in a variety of messy physical challenges that include nods to Nickelodeon classics Good Burger and Kenan & Kel. The winning team will then run an epic eight-piece Double Dare obstacle course for the grand prize. After the winners have been crowned, Kenan and Kel run the obstacle course together, in an attempt to win money for their favorite charities.
Double Dare premiered on Oct. 6, 1986, on Nickelodeon, and ran from 1986-1993, making it the network’s longest-running game show. Marc Summers served as the show’s original host from 1986-1993. Shortly after its debut, Double Dare became one of the most popular original daily programs on cable television. The series went into syndication in 1988 and later revived as Super Sloppy Double Dare in 1989. The show also ran on broadcast television as Family Double Dare in 1988, followed by new versions on Nick, including Double Dare 2000.

Kenan & Kel Take on the Double Dare Obstacle Course | Nick
Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell are going head-to-head on Double Dare! Liza Koshy hosts the epic 90s Nickelodeon showdown featuring special guest All That cast member, Lori Beth Denberg. Who do you think is gonna win? Kenan or Kel? Let me know in the comments below! And catch this hour-long celebrity edition of Double Dare November 21st at 8p/7c on Nickelodeon!
Update (11/19): Kenan Thompson revealed during Saturday's (November 19, 2018) brand-new episode of Saturday Night Live that he would love to work on Kenan & Kel again!
It all began with a audience member asking episode host Steve Carell the simple question: “Will you ever reboot The Office?" The host said no, so SNL cast member Kenan Thompson stood up and framed it as more of a suggestion. Carell explained that reprising his role as the lunatic Dunder Mifflin Paper Company manager would be like Thompson returning full-time to the Nickelodeon sitcom Kenan & Kel, on which he starred with Kel Mitchell from 1996 through 2000.
“That would be an honour,” Thompson solemnly replied.
One by one, former Office cast members popped up from their seats in the audience. “I need that money,” said Ellie Kemper, who played secretary Erin Hannon on the show. “Let’s get that money, Steve.” When he declined, the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt actress yelled, “You’re a jerk!”
Ed Helms, who played Dunder Mifflin salesman Andy Bernard, also argued in favour of a reboot. Maybe Carell didn’t understand just how much money it would make them. “You wouldn’t have to do all those sad movies anymore,” Helms said, referring to Carell’s recent roles, such as a panicked father in Beautiful Boy.
Would you like to see a Kenan & Kel revival? Let me know in the comments below! AWWWW HERE IT GOES!!

Hasbro Sees "Significant Opportunity for Power Rangers"
Hasbro’s Simon Waters reveals what the future holds for the iconic Power Rangers brand.
Launched by creator Haim Saban in 1993, Power Rangers is one of the most-watched children’s television programmes in the US and remains one of the longest running live action kids’ series in television history. The series and subsequent movies, including 2017’s feature film with Lionsgate, follows the adventures of a group of ordinary teens who morph into superheroes to save the world from evil.
The TV show now airs in more than 150 markets around the world and is translated into numerous languages. In January, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel – the 25th season – premiered on Nickelodeon in the US and began debuting across UK/EMEA in April. The show's 26th season, Power Rangers Beast Morphers, is set to debut on Nickelodeon USA in early 2019.
In February 2018, Hasbro announced that it had entered into a licensing agreement with Saban to become the master toy licensee for Power Rangers effective April 1, 2019, but the deal quickly evolved as Simon Waters, senior vice president and general manager of the Power Rangers franchise explains to Licensing Source: “Shortly after entering into our licensing arrangement, it became clear that now was the time to begin investing in unlocking Power Rangers’ full potential.
“We see significant opportunity for Power Rangers across our entire brand blueprint, including toys and games, consumer products, digital gaming and entertainment, as well as geographically throughout our global retail footprint.”
Haim Saban will continue in a consulting role as Hasbro recognises how important it is to honour the brand’s heritage. “It’s a fine line to walk, as we must continue to preserve the elements that remain at the heart of the brand and have found an evergreen resonance, while not missing opportunities to grow in exciting new directions,” says Simon.
The reaction to the Power Rangers acquisition has been overwhelmingly positive from the public, press and fan community. “Hasbro couldn’t be more proud to take on such an incredible and iconic brand,” says Simon.
“We saw an amazing reaction from fans at Power Morphicon [the biennial convention in Los Angeles over August 17-19] and were excited to see such tremendous fan engagement. It was a great experience at the convention, and we feel that we left fans with a huge sense of anticipation of all the great things yet to come from Hasbro.”
During Power Morphicon, Hasbro revealed its first-ever Power Rangers product – the Lightning Collection White Ranger Figure (pictured above), a highly-articulated 6-inch figure with high-level detailing and design. The figure, inspired by Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers season 2, will be released in spring 2019.
“In spring 2019, we will also release the first set of toys inspired by the 26th season – Power Rangers Beast Morphers,” says Simon. “Hasbro’s Power Rangers line will feature a range of products designed for fans of all ages, including preschool to adult collectors. Stay tuned for more updates.”
While Hasbro is taking time to assess where the gaps and white spaces are in the licensing programme, Simon sees a multitude of opportunities across a wide range in categories – both in physical product and live branded experiences; particularly in Latin America.
“For years, we have seen the Latin American audience respond favourably to our content. As part of the Hasbro family, the Power Rangers franchise is poised to make significant inroads into this market, leading with the most innovative toy line in the history of the franchise to pave the way for multi-category lifestyle statements that enable consumers to truly live the brand.”
Looking to 2019 and beyond, Hasbro has some big plans to deliver ‘always on’ content. “We definitely have an eye towards the future with big plans to deliver targeted content, in various formats for each of our key segments, as well as tentpole moments designed to have a multi-generational appeal. We know that our audience is consuming and creating content across a myriad of platforms and we intend to emPOWER their consumption of exciting new content,” says Simon.
25 years of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
It’s been a big year for Power Rangers as it celebrates 25 years since the launch of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series in 1993.
On August 28 (the same day the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series premiered in 1993), Nickelodeon USA premiered a special Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel episode to celebrate the anniversary. The episode included iconic Rangers from the past, including the original Green and White Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Hasbro and National Day Calendar also proclaimed August 28th as National Power Rangers Day.
Coinciding with the August anniversary, the Build-A-Bear Workshop revealed a brand new 25th anniversary branded Green Ranger bear that sports the 25th anniversary logo (pictured above).
And Shout! Factory commemorated the 25th anniversary with a collector’s edition steelbook complete series box set, which gathers all 155 original episodes out on Blu-ray for the very first time ever.
