These 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' Sneakers Are Currently Only $27 at Hot Topic

With Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender animated series and follow up The Legend of Korra now streaming on CBS All Access and Netflix, you're interest in these beloved shows might be renewed. Unfortunately, a fourth season of Avatar doesn't seem to be in the cards, and the live-action adaptation appears to be in peril following the franchise's co-creators, Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko leaving the project. On the plus side, you can get a pair of Avatar: The Last Airbender sneakers for only $26.32 right now - so there's that.

Granted, a pair of sneakers aren't quite on the same level as new series content, but the firebending Zuko and waterbending Katara design with the water, earth, fire, and air bending symbols is pretty sweet - and you can't beat the price. Despite the fact that Avatar: The Last Airbender is streaming on Netflix, superfans might be interested in a special 15th anniversary SteelBook Blu-ray release that includes a lot of additional material, including the un-aired pilot.

The Avatar: The Last Airbender The Complete Series, 15th Anniversary Limited Edition SteelBook Collection includes three SteelBook Blu-ray designs by artist Caleb Thomas highlighting Aang's Water, Earth, and Fire skills (Katara and Toph are also represented on the back of the cases). This gorgeous Steelbook triptych comes in a slipcase and includes a ton of special features. At the time of writing, it's available on Amazon.com $72.39. Note that this set is a limited edition, and could sell out for good at any time.

For those who are unfamiliar, Avatar: The Last Airbender was originally created by Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko for Nickelodeon and premiered in 2005. The series is set in world people can manipulate the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, and they lived peacefully in different regions until one of the regions started a world war.

One master who can manipulate all four elements, dubbed the "Avatar," had been able to prevent this war, but disappeared soon after. 100 years later, a new Avatar named Aang awakens and sets out on a journey to master all the elements in order to bring peace to the land once more. The Legend of Korra takes place takes place 70 years after the events of its predecessor, following the next Avatar, a young girl named Korra from the Southern Water Tribe. Both series have since continued in the form of graphic novels.

Dandeloo’s ‘Tania And The Amazon Guardians’ Trek Around The World

Paris, France — Emmy Award-winning French animation production and distribution company Dandelooo announces sales for the new preschool adventure CGI series Tainá And The Amazon Guardians, produced by Brazil production company Sincrocine, in association with animation studio Hype and Nick Jr Brazil.

Onboard to trek through the Amazon rainforest with Tainá is Netflix in Latin America, Brazilian public television networks TV Brazil and BAND TV, Nick Jr Brazil and Latin America, Turkishpay platform D-Smart and kids content distributor Neo Content, China.

Based on the successful Brazilian films of the same name, which took millions of people to the movies in Brazil and around the world, Tainá and the Amazon’s Guardians has won 23 national and international awards and is being broadcast in more than 40 countries. The series which received public resources was managed by Brazilian Film Agency.

Tainá and the Amazon’s Guardians (52 x 11’) targeted at 2 to 5-year olds, is an optimistic, joyful and friendly ecology tale to save the Amazonian forest. Synopsis

In the heart of the Amazon rainforest, Tainá and her friends live in a house in the Great Tree – the tallest one, mother of all other trees. All the animals in the forest know that whenever they need help, they can count on Tainá by calling “cru-cru”. By word of mouth, this contagious call finds its way through the forest until it reaches Tainá, who is always ready to face the challenges coming in her way! Together, Tainá and her team have lots of fun in an enchanted forest, but they will also face many perils trying to protect the Great Forest.

Playfully children will learn about the Amazon rainforest, stimulating them to respect the cultural differences between people, bringing a message of friendship, respect and care for the nature in each episode.

PAW Patrol to 'Jet To The Rescue' in New Made-For-TV Movie

The PAW Patrol are set to Jet To The Rescue in their third made-for-TV movie!

In Paw Patrol: Jet To The Rescue, the Super Pups must defend Barkingburg from the Duke of Flappington, who has acquired the power of a mighty levitation gem! Also to add insult to injury, the Duke of Flappington plans to raise the entire village of Barkingburg into the sky using the stolen levitation device, so the pups really do have their work cut out for them!

The movie's synopsis reads: "Get Ready to zoom back to Barkingburg with the pups in this all-new movie! When the scheming Duke of Flappington steals a powerful levitation gem from the royal castle and uses its magical powers to raise Barkingburg into the clouds, Skye will need to overcome her biggest fears and lead the team in their biggest aerial rescue yet! Can PAW Patrol JET TO THE RESCUE and save the town before it is lost in the sky forever?" (#993)

Ryder himself can't help the pups beyond providing them with their own specially outfitted personal jets that each come with stealth mode, as he explains to Skye, Everest, and Tracker in the exclusive clip below, courtesy of Romper. Ryder has been captured along with the rest of the pups, who will also need to be rescued from inside the castle of Barkingburg.

Throughout the movie, the pups are going to be working overtime on this new rescue mission. Not only will they be expected to rescue Ryder and the other pups, they're also going to have to help out with Mayor Humdinger's kittens and save a stunt pilot.

In the U.S., Paramount Home Entertainment and Nickelodeon Home Entertainment will release Paw Patrol: Jet To The Rescue on DVD on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. The 88-minute DVD will carry an SRP of $16.99, and will feature the TV movie and and four bonus high-flying adventures:

Nickelodeon to Premiere 'Nickelodeon Unleashed' During Fall 2020

Nickelodeon USA will premiere Nickelodeon Unleashed during Fall 2020! Nickelodeon announced the show during their "Fall 2020 on Nickelodeon" trailer. There's currently not much information available about the show, however, Nickelodeon has applied to trademark the show's title with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Check out a first look at the show's logo below!:

Given that the show features the world "leash" and that the logo features a bone, it's speculated that will be dog-related. Earlier this year, MysticArt Pictures' posted a casting call for America's Funniest Pets, billed as "a hilarious new pet variety show from a major kids network!" that aims to put "you and your pet center stage". Whether this is the same project is currently unknown.
