The Patrick Star Show | Promo #3 & #4 | Nickelodeon

Get ready for lights, camera, distr-action in The Patrick Star Show, premiering Friday, July 9, at 7:00 p.m. (ET/PT), followed by the series premiere of Middlemost Post at 7:30, only on Nickelodeon! Check out the latest promos below!

The Patrick Star Show is the second spinoff of the number-one animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and follows a younger Patrick Star living at home with his family, where he hosts his own variety show for the neighborhood from his television-turned-bedroom. In the premiere episode, “Late for Breakfast,” Patrick presents a show about food after missing out on a hearty breakfast. Then in “Bummer Jobs,” Patrick and SpongeBob experience the wonders of the workforce.

Longtime voice of Patrick Star, Bill Fagerbakke lends his voice as the young adult Patrick alongside new cast members: Tom Wilson (SpongeBob SquarePants) as Cecil Star, Patrick’s fun-loving, happy-go-lucky dad who always puts his family first;  Cree Summer (Rugrats) as Bunny Star, Patrick’s loving, sea star mom who is a kooky oddball; Jill Talley (SpongeBob SquarePants) as Squidina Star, Patrick’s 8-year-old little sister who drinks her coffee from a sippy cup; and Dana Snyder (The Penguins of Madagascar, The Thundermans, Welcome to the Wayne) as GrandPat Star, Patrick’s genius grandpa, and the most intelligent member of the Star family. Summer also voices Grandma Tentacles, Squidward’s grandma.

Additional cast members include veteran actors Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants), Rodger Bumpass (Squidward Tentacles), Carolyn Lawrence (Sandy Cheeks), Clancy Brown (Mr. Krabs), and Mr. Lawrence (Plankton).

Marc Ceccarelli (SpongeBob SquarePants), Vincent Waller (SpongeBob SquarePants) and Jennie Monica (SpongeBob SquarePants) are co-executive producers of the series.  The Patrick Star Show is developed for television by Claudia Spinelli, SVP of Animation Development, Nickelodeon, with production overseen by Kelley Gardner, Vice President, Current Series, Animation, Nickelodeon.

Produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio, new episodes of The Patrick Star Show will continue to rollout Friday nights on Nickelodeon and debut internationally in the fall.

April, May and June 2021 on Nickelodeon Germany and Nick Jr. Deutschland | Highlights

Below is a round-up of Nickelodeon Germany's (Deutschland) April, May and June 2021 programming highlights for Nick, Nicktoons and Nick Jr.!:

Universal’s Superstar Parade Returns at Universal Orlando Resort

Like most theme parks in the U.S., Universal Orlando Resort has been heading towards normal Park operations for quite some time now, and it seems that they have reached another milestone.

From mask mandates being fully removed for fully vaccinated Guests, to social distancing disappearing, to single rider lines returning, the Universal theme park experience truly has felt like it is on the way to a pre-pandemic state. However, one thing that has been missing for quite some time now is their parade. This changed earlier today (June 26)!

Orlando Informer (@OrlandoInformer) noted that Universal’s Superstar Parade, which shows off fan-favorite characters such as Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants, returned to Universal Studios Florida at 7:00 p.m. this evening.

Universal Orlando Resort describes the parade as:

"Boogie down with Nickelodeon’s 'SpongeBob SquarePants,' Dora and Diego. Rock out with Gru, Agnes, Margo, Edith and the Minions from Illumination’s Despicable Me. And catch funny moments from The Secret Life of Pets as the streets of Universal Studios come alive with elaborately themed floats, energetic street performers and spectacular music."

The parade hasn’t been offered since March 2020, although floats have appeared regularly in some form since the reopening of the park last summer.

Parades truly heighten the theme park experience and give guests an excuse to laugh, smile, dance around, and wave to their favorite characters, so it is great to see this offering return to Universal. With Halloween Horror Nights around the corner, Universal is really showing guests that they can give them a fun-filled park day.

It's also nice to know that Nickelodeon is still at Universal Studios in one capacity.
