HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Aug. 24, 2021— ViacomCBS’ Gen Z studio AwesomenessTV announced the return of Noah Beck Tries Things, the hit reality docuseries starring TikTok superstar Noah Beck, who co-developed and executive produced the series. New episodes will begin premiering in October on AwesomenessTV’s YouTube channel.
Season two of Noah Beck Tries Things will see Beck returning to try new activities and professions, but this time there’s a job on the line and he’s trying to book the gig. Beck will take these activities to new levels by recruiting his friends to help him prove he’s the best man for the job. The new season will include guest appearances by creators Blake Gray, Bryant Eslava, Curtis Newbill, Markell Washington, Wisdom Kaye, Kelianne Stankus and Chase Mattson.
Season one of Noah Beck Tries Things was a smash success on YouTube debuting as AwesomenessTV’s no. 1 show of 2021. The first season followed Beck on the heels of his move to Los Angeles to be a full-time content creator, with guest stars including Beck’s girlfriend Dixie D’Amelio and friends Gray, Stankus, Larri Merritt and Kenzie Ziegler.
Noah Beck Tries Things is produced by AwesomenessTV, part of the Nickelodeon and Awesomeness Unscripted and Digital Franchise Studio led by Ashley Kaplan.
Marking his television debut, Beck will also make a guest appearance in an upcoming episode of Nickelodeon’s live-action buddy comedy series Side Hustle.

Netflix has announced that its brand new CG-animated series SharkDog is getting a Halloween special!
Sharkdog is a brand new animated series from Singaporean creator Jacinth Tan. The 20 x 7 minute episode animated series is produced by ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS), in partnership with Singaporean based CGI animation studio One Animation. The series swam onto the streaming service on September 3. A second season is in development.
Sharkdog follows 10 year old Max and his best friend Sharkdog - half shark, half dog, all appetite. Blissfully unaware of his own strength, stealth and general sharkiness, Sharkdog often leaves a trail of chaos in his wake. But, like all good half-dogs, he's Max's BFF and Max is his.
Sharkdog is VIS' first internationally originated global animated series for Netflix. It is also the first animated series from Singapore to come out of Nickelodeon's Global Animated Shorts Program, designed to identify and develop long form original comedy-driven content for kids globally.
Titled "Sharkdog’s Fintastic Halloween," the all new Sharkdog Halloween special will premiere on October 15th, 2021. A synopsis has yet to be announced, however, Netflix has released a couple of first look photos from the episode, which you can view below, courtesy of What's on Netflix! SharkDog would make an excellent Halloween costume for any licensors reading this! Hint hint!
