TeenNick Italy To Premiere 'Vikki RPM' On Monday 25th December 2017

The Italian digital television message board Digital-Forum is reporting the exciting news that TeenNick Italia, Nickelodeon Italy's channel for tweens and teens, will start to premiere and show Vikki RPM, Nickelodeon Latin America's (Latinoamérica) hit teen drama series inspired by Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet that follows two kart racers who fall in love despite their families' rivalry, weekdays at 20.50 from Monday 25th December 2017!

Vikki RPM gives a fun new twist to the story of Romeo & Juliet, taking it to the race track of Ciudad del Este, where Max and Victoria compete and fall in love despite the rivalry between their two families. Both run as they are; Max is a serious and methodical boy, while Victoria is impulsive and mischievous. On the track they are rivals, but outside the world of go-karting, they are inseparable. It is a dangerous sport, but the real danger lies in falling in love with your opponent. Vikki RPM was shot entirely on location in Miami with Latin American talent.

Based on an original idea by Eduardo Jiménez-Pons and produced by Somos Productions for Nickelodeon Latinoamérica, Vikki RPM is being filmed at Viacom International Studios (VIS), the production hub for Viacom International Media Networks Americas, and on location in several areas in Miami. The series is being written by Catharina Ledeboer (Grachi, Talia in the Kitchen (La cucina magica di Talia), I Am Frankie (I am Franky), Every Witch Way (Emma - Una strega da favola), W.I.Ts Academy (Scuola di magia), Isa TKM), Lara Martínez and Rocio Lara (Skimo, Plaza Sésamo, Waking Up with You).

Vikki RPM (60 x 60') stars established and new pan-regional actors, including: Samantha Siqueros (Along Came Love, Como Dice el Dicho) as Vikki, Maite Embil (¿Quién es Quién?, Voltea pa' que te enamores), the niece of famed Spanish tenor Placido Domingo, Paulo Quevedo (Una Maid en Manhattan, Locos Y Peligrosos), and Stefano Ollivier (Estefano Ollivier), who will make his TV debut with the series, from Mexico; Josette Vidal (winner of two Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards blimps for her role as 'Sara Fuccinelli' in Toni La Chef), Angela Rincón (Grachi, Toni la Chef), Yul Burkel (Silvana Sin Lana), Scarlet Gruber (El Desconocido: aka El Cholo) as Scarlet Gruber, and Ana Karina Manco (La Mujer Perfecta) from Venezuela; Vanessa Blandon (Isa TKM, Chica Vampiro) from Colombia, as well as Leo Deluglio and renowned actor Saúl Lisazo (Señorita Pólvora) from Argentina.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) introduced the series at the latest Natpe conference.

Formally titled Formula A, Vikki RPM is Nickelodeon Latinoamérica's latest teen series inspired by a classic novel, following Heidi, Bienvenida a Casa, a new live-action teen series inspired by the 1880 novel Heidi by Johanna Spyri. The series premiered on Nickelodeon Latinoamérica on Monday 31st July 2017.

Nickelodeon Italy To Premiere 'Lip Sync Battle Shorties Holiday Special' On Friday 22nd December 2017

Nickelodeon Italy (Italia) will premiere a special holiday-themed episode of Lip Sync Battle Shorties on Friday 22nd December 2017!

In Nickelodeon's Lip Sync Battle Shorties: Holiday Special, three kids will lip sync along to huge hits from superstars like Bruno Mars (24K Magic), Justin Bieber (Drummer Boy), and Kelly Clarkson (Underneath the Tree), with themed costumes, dancing, and performances to try to take home the Iced Out Mic!



Lip Sync Battle Shorties: Holiday Special will be full of energy, entertainment and holiday spirit. Hosted by Nick Cannon and his sidekick, the kid-favourite, singing, dancing, social media sensation JoJo Siwa, Lip Sync Battle Shorties will celebrate kids' top artists. JoJo Siwa will provide commentary on each performance, and the episode will also feature the Shorties Dance Crew, a 10-person backup crew that has mastered all styles of dance from break-dancing to ballroom, plus a special appearance by Fifth Harmony!

Nickelodeon USA To Premiere More New 'Paradise Run' Season 3 Episodes From Monday 1st January 2018

Are you getting excited for season three of Nickelodeon’s Paradise Run?

The competition series, set in Hawaii and hosted by Daniella Monet (Victorious), follows three teams competing in a sequence of adrenaline-pumping challenges, all vying for the ultimate prize – a paradise vacation!

Nick has already revealed that the upcoming season will feature celebs Jack Griffo and Kira Kosarin from The Thundermans, Breanna Yde and Ricardo Hurtado from School of Rock, Cree Cicchino from Game Shakers, and Lizzy Greene from Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn.



Just Jared Jr. has revealed the further exciting news that Big Time Rush's James Maslow and Modern Family's Aubrey Anderson-Emmons will also be appearing on the show, along with WWE Wrestlers Jay USO and Jimmy USO!

The brand-new season of Paradise Run will continue from New Year’s Day (Monday 1st January 2018) at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon USA.

Some of the new challenges include a 45-foot volcano-themed water slide; a 700-foot zip-line; Volca-Nose, where teams climb up a 50-foot slimy slide to plug five oozing nostrils of a baby volcano; Sandwich Islands, where teams race against time by running across water mats with oversized ingredients to create giant sandwiches and deliver them to hangry guests; and Crazy Bat Shoot, where teams use giant sling shots to fling rubber bats at their teammates across the lagoon.
