There'll be three (3) grand prize winners, each receiving one (1) adult Patrick Star costume, one (1) adult Sandy Cheeks costume, and one (1) child-sized SpongeBob SquarePants costume.
The SpongeBob Halloween SMS Sweepstakes opened at 10:00:01 a.m. ET on September 28, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 9, 2020.
There are two ways to enter the September 2020 SpongeBob Halloween SMS Sweepstakes:
Entry Via Text Message: During the Sweepstakes Period, submit your entry by sending an SMS (“Text Message”) containing only the word “HALLOWEEN” to 91757 using your wireless mobile device.
Entry via Email: During the Sweepstakes Period, send an email containing only the phrase “SPONGEBOB HALLOWEEN SMS SWEEPS” in the subject line of the email to nickelodeon@nick.com.
Please note that there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email account/phone number per calendar day of the Sweepstakes Period.
The approximate retail value of each Prize is $159.97 per prize pack and $479.91 combined.
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides (nineteen [19] years old in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one [21] years old in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and members and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) and members of their household (whether related or not) of Viacom International Inc., all Prize providers and their respective parents, related companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and third-party fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and those winners who have won a prize in any Sponsor-related sweepstakes/promotion in the twelve (12) months prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Eligibility will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
