Platinum Games Developing New "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Video Game, "Mutants In Manhattan"

The Australian Classification Board and Brazil's Classificação Indicativa have revealed the Turtley Awesome that Platinum Games is developing a brand-new video game based on Nickelodeon's hit CG-animated "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" television series!

The all-new TMNT game, titled "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan", will be published by Activision, making it the third licensed game developed for them by Platinum, following "Transformers" and "The Legend of Korra". Platinum Games are also behind the hit video games "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance", "Bayonetta 2" and "Vanquish".

Nickelodeon and Activision Publishing, Inc. partnered for a worldwide, multi-year deal to develop and publish video games inspired by "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in 2013.

The Australian censor has given "Mutants in Manhattan" an M rating for violence, with an additional warning that it includes online interactivity, hinting at either a competitive multiplayer mode or more likely a co-op mode.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan" is listed for release on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and PC.
