FEATURING ALL-NEW TRICK SHOTS, SLAM DUNKS AND MORE

Burbank, Calif.–Feb. 1, 2017–Dude Perfect is opening their 25,000 square-foot, action-packed paradise to Nickelodeon, in an all-new season of the comedy-sport series, The Dude Perfect Show (20 half-hour episodes). Comprised of five best friends, Tyler Toney, Cody Jones, Garrett Hilbert and twins Coby and Cory Cotton, and their beloved panda mascot, the brotherhood takes fans inside their lives as they dream up the next viral video through the world of extreme sports, while featuring some of the biggest athletes and celebrities. The series will air on Nickelodeon later this summer.

“We all grew up on Nickelodeon and it’s a dream come true for Dude Perfect to find a home on Nick. We can’t wait for the fans to join us on our journey of endless fun and laughter,” said Dude Perfect.

With more than 40 million fans and followers, over 2.5 billion online video views and the #1 Sports Channel on YouTube, Dude Perfect has turned their camaraderie into a global internet empire. Already known for breaking 28 Guinness World Records in sports, this new season will feature the most epic, larger-than-life stunts including, a slam dunk into the world’s largest basketball hoop from 150 feet away, circumnavigating a minefield of mousetraps and blindly navigating each other through “trust obstacles.”

Fans can catch Dude Perfect in advance of the new season on Nickelodeon’s Superstar Slime Showdown at Super Bowl special, an hour-long competition, airing Sunday, Feb. 5, pitting teams of NFL athletes and Nickelodeon stars against one another in a series of messy football-themed challenges. The Dudes will create one of the challenging obstacles.

“For Season 2, it’s similar to what we did season one but we’re kind of taking it to the next level with bigger stunts, in the physical sense of the word. It’s kind of an inside look into the new office space we have and what daily life is like there,” Tyler Toney told TheWrap on the phone as he drove from the group’s 25,000 square-foot, action-packed paradise in Dallas to Houston for their Super Bowl special.

“He’s somebody that we always looked up to as far as a content creator, so we were fortunate enough to spend some time with him and go out to the Fantasy Factory a few times and film a few different things,” Toney said. “The great thing about Rob is that he’s extremely genuine … to be able to have fun in whatever you’re doing is one of the reasons that he’s been successful.”

The Dude Perfect boys will partake in “Superstar Slime Showdown at Super Bowl” special on Feb. 5. The hour-long competition pits teams of NFL athletes and Nickelodeon stars against one another in a series of messy football-themed challenges.

“We’ve created this little challenge that has to deal with making different types of catches using trampolines and pads in different weather scenarios,” Toney said. “It’s kind of taking a little bit of what we do in our videos and putting a little bit of a Dude Perfect twist on it. It should be a lot of fun.”
