After chasing the mysterious Alliance back to the year 1992, the newly minted Rangers arrive in the town of Angel Grove on Halloween night where an alliance ship is ominously hovering over a local park. The Rangers arrive at park where they engage in their first fight against the Alliance's Putty Patrol.
