London, 4th March, 2019 – Iconic dance group Diversity, social media stars and singers Max & Harvey, The Voice Kids Winner Jess Folley and YouTube sensations RoadTrip are announced as resident acts for Nickelodeon’s SLIMEFEST in partnership with VisitBlackpool! Hosted by Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely from 20th - 22nd October at The Arena, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the resident acts will perform across all six shows over the weekend (13:00 and 18:00 showings).

Filled with SLIME, MUSIC and MAYHEM join Nickelodeon for the biggest and slimiest event of the year in Blackpool! Packed full of top music acts, special guests, your favourite Nickelodeon stars and most importantly, SLIME!

Families can click here for more information on the music and slime-filled events.

Please note: Due to the enormous demand for tickets, members of the public are being advised to acquire tickets as soon as possible or look for official competitions on Nickelodeon UK’s official social channels, website as well as on https://www.visitblackpool.com – so please check the platforms for more information on how to enter.

Plus, you don’t have to wait until the show starts for the fun to begin; every SLIMEFEST ticket also includes a Pleasure Beach Pass, or you can choose to purchase a Pleasure Beach Wristband which gives you unlimited riding all day. You can also choose to extend your visit the fun with a 7-day Blackpool Resort Pass.

Oh and shhh, there's a super slimy, big green secret to tell you. For children aged between 8-15 years old, a SLIME PIT ticket will get them up-close to their favourite stars, plus it’s the ONLY way to experience the SLIME! Accompanying parents/guardians & younger children can experience the fun with a seated ticket or a standing adult ticket (for adults and kids 15yrs +)

Jordan and Perri said “It’s our fourth time hosting this incredible event in Blackpool – we can’t wait for even more slime and music this year! We’re all looking forward to performing for you too . . . the energy is always amazing!”

Diversity members Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely have a longstanding relationship as presenters with Nickelodeon UK, from hosting their own show Jordan and Perri’s Ultimate Block Party in 2013 and performing with Diversity at the Kids’ Choice Awards UK nomination shows.

Max and Harvey said “We are so excited to be coming back for SLIMEFEST 2019! We can't wait to see our fans and hang out with the other artists. We're ready to see everyone get slimed!"

Max & Harvey's refreshingly fun and authentic sound has connected with fans across the globe. The 16-year-old Berkshire based twin brothers have been singing and playing instruments from an early age. They came to prominence three years ago, posting covers of their favorite songs, as well as their own original songs, on their social media platforms. The duo have just been nominated for "Favourite Social Music Star" in Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2019, and fans can vote for them to win the orange blimp now at kca.nick.co.uk.

Road Trip said: “Slimefest 2019 is going to be amazing, we can’t wait to perform for you all over the weekend – we’re excited to be back in Blackpool – see you in October!”

RoadTrip’s online presence has grown so fast in the UK, due to RoadTrip TV (YouTube) that without ever doing a single show, they sold out their first ever headline Tour playing across the UK and Ireland. Unsigned and completely independent the boys have scored CBBC TV show appearances and played Big Gig Wembley and last year’s SLIMEFEST.

Jess Folley said: “I’m so excited to be singing for you all at SLIMEFEST, it’s going to be amazing and I can’t wait to get slimy!”

Jess Folley is a young singer/songwriter who shot to fame when she won the first ever series of ITV’s The Voice Kids. She released her first single “Chasing Shadows” last year and she is currently working on her own EP to be released later this year.

More information on the SLIMEFEST 2019 performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Hosted by Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely, SLIMEFEST 2018 saw performances from Diversity along with music acts: Busted, Becky Hill, Jonas Blue, Jack & Jack, HRVY, Max and Harvey, Nickelodeon star and YouTube teen sensation JoJo Siwa and The Thundermans star Kira Kosarin as a special guest.

Over 100,000 people have attended related SLIMEFEST events across the globe in the US, Australia, Italy, UK, Germany and Spain.

Slime fans in the USA will have the chance to experience more SLIME, MUSIC and MAYHEM of SLIMEFEST in Chicago, Illinois in June 2019!
