Following on from Transgender Day of Remembrance last month, Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) human resources (HR) have teamed up with Emerge to launch a new ‘Transition at work policy’. The policy aims to support those transitioning with practical work related guidance and advice, promoting equal treatment against discrimination and helping everyone at VIMN to create an environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
