'Dora and the Lost City of Gold', 'Wonder Park', 'PAW Patrol: Ready, Race, Rescue' & 'Batman vs. TMNT' Nominated in 2020 Home Media Awards

Media Play News has announced the exciting news that Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Wonder Park, PAW Patrol: Ready, Race, Rescue and Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been nominated in the 2020 Home Media Awards Presented by Media Play News, which celebrates the best home entertainment releases from the past year!


Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures' live-action movie based on Nickelodeon's beloved animated preschool series Dora the Explorer, has been nominated for two awards in the "Genre" category of the 2020 Home Media Awards: for "Best Kidvid Home Release" and "Best Adventure Home Release".

Wonder Park, Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures' 2019 blockbuster, has been nominated for the "Best Animation Home Release" award in the awards' "Genre" category.

Paw Patrol: Ready, Race, Rescue, the straight-to-home entertainment movie based on Nickelodeon's beloved CG-animated preschool series produced by Spin Master and distributed by Paramount Home Entertainment and Nickelodeon Home Entertainment, has been nominated for the "Best Kidvid Home Release" in the "Genre" category.

And Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the hit straight-to-home media animated movie inspired by the comic book series Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by James Tynion IV and Freddie Williams II and published by DC Comics and IDW Publishing has been nominated for three awards: for "Best Direct-to-Video/Nontheatrical Movie Release" in the "Mixed Media" category, and "Best Animation Home Release" and "Best Superhero Home Release" in the "Genre" category.

Consumer voting for the 2020 Home Media Awards Presented by Media Play News has begun.

Through Friday, April 3, 2020, film and TV fans and home entertainment enthusiasts can visit MediaPlayNews.com/awards/ballot to select their favorite home video titles of 2019, as nominated by studios and distributors.

The results of the consumer vote will be combined with ballots submitted by a panel of expert judges. Winners will be announced Monday, April 13, 2020. Judges will also select a top Blu-ray, TV show on disc and a best overall title. Additional categories that did not have sufficient entries to advance to the ballot stage will also have winners announced.
