ORDER UP! Milk & Cream Cereal Bar, New York City’s premier cereal bar which specializes in blending cereal infused ice cream with an array of complementary products, has collaborated with Nickelodeon once again to launch ice cream treats inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants as part of their #NickFlavorTakeover series, including the FIRST EVER Krabby Patty Ice Cream Slider!
After the success of the limited-edition Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle treats (ice cream pizza!) in August and Blue's Clues & You! takeover in October, the Instagrammable dessert spot is continuing the fun with a third instalment of the Nickelodeon flavor takeover. This time, the focus is on the beloved sea sponge.
On the Galley Grub menu is: the Krabby Patty Ice Cream Slider; the "Pineapple Under The Sea" ice cream swirl; and the "Pineapple Under The Sea" milkshake. The Krabby Patties come with toppings (they check each one, Bubble Bass!), and the ice creams and milkshakes come with colorful sprinkles.
The Nickelodeon Flavor Takeover features six new flavors:
- SpongeBob’s Pineapple Under the Sea
- Plankton’s Chum Bucket Full of Cherries
- Squidward’s Salty & Brittle
- Patrick’s Party Like A Star
- Mr. Krab’s Mint Money Chip
- Sandy’s Sea-Nutty as a Squirrel
Each treat comes in its own commemorative packaging - the Krabby Patty Ice Cream Sliders, named after SpongeBob's signature dish, come in a Krabby Patty burger box, and the ice cream swirls and milkshakes come in tubs and cups featuring SpongeBob, Patrick and Milk & Cream Cereal Bar x SpongeBob branding.
Unfortunately, this will be the final installment of the #NickFlavorTakeover for the time being.
