It’s PAW Patrol Paw-Palooza at the National Railroad Museum® in Green Bay, WI!

A partnership between the Children’s Museum of Green Bay and the National Railroad Museum, this event is a fun-filled day of exploring, playing, and learning. Visit first responders, explore rescue vehicles, take a ride on the train and visit with everyone’s favorite pups—Chase, Marshall, Skye, and Rubble! Tickets also include FREE crafts, children’s entertainment, and activities throughout the day.

ADMISSION:
Tickets are $16 per patron. Children UNDER the age of 2 years-old are free. Please bring a copy of your confirmation e-mail with you to the event, this serves as your ticket.

ARRIVAL TIME RECOMMENDATION:
Patrons should be on the Museum grounds one hour before their scheduled train departure time. For patrons holding tickets on the 9:15 a.m. departure, you should arrive at the Museum between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.

Please remember:

  • Your train ride is the only scheduled activity. Arrive early and stay late to enjoy all the children’s activities and entertainment.
  • You may enter the grounds at any time on the day your ticket indicates. Plan to spend plenty of time – at least 4 hours – enjoying the National Railroad Museum and the special PAW Patrol Paw-Palooza activities.
  • For all departures, it is recommended that patrons be at the Jody Lenfestey Children’s Discovery Depot area 30 minutes before their train time. The Jody Lenfestey Children’s Discovery Depot is the yellow train station located next to the train tracks at the front of the Museum grounds. This building is easily seen from the main gate.

RULES/RESTRICTIONS

  • Mask use is REQUIRED in all buildings, shuttle buses, on rides, trains, and in line. Patrons who fail to comply will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given. Children two-years-old and younger, and those who cannot remove the mask without assistance are exempt.
  • Follow social distancing markers provided and create six feet of social distance between your group and others.
  • No Carry-in Food & Beverages: No carry-in food or beverages are allowed. Reusable water bottles are permitted.
  • Photography – Photography is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography of any type is strictly prohibited without prior written permission of the Museum (contact the marketing and communications director (920) 437-7623, x-12).
  • Use of monopods or tripods is not permitted at the Museum.
  • Pets – The National Railroad Museum follows the ADA guidelines for service animals. Comfort animals and pets will not be admitted to the event. To keep pets safe, animals left in cars without supervision are not permitted.  Please see the National Railroad Museum's frequently asked questions for a list of professional pet sitting services in the area.

  • Smoking – Smoking is prohibited on all Museum grounds.

TRAIN DEPARTURE TIMES:
There are 10 departures each day at: 9:15 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:15 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.

ACCESSIBLE/DISABLED SEATING (Seating for disabled, or other special arrangements)
To ride the train, PLEASE PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE JOSEPHINE. All Museum facilities are handicap accessible. (Some historic rolling stock may not be accessible. Seating on other cars of equal value is available.)

EVENT TIMES:
8:15 a.m. – Shuttle Bus service begins from the main parking lot to the main entrance.
8:30 a.m. – Grounds and activities open.
4:45 p.m. – Activities end.
5:00 p.m. – Museum grounds and building close for the day.
5:15 p.m. – Last Shuttle Bus leaves the main entrance for the main parking lot.
