New April O'Neil quests are now available as well.
Fortnite is teasing a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mini-pass for Chapter 5 Season 1. The event looks set to kick off turtle time on February 9.
The official Fortnite account on Twitter (currently known as X) posted about the upcoming TMNT event, writing "hit the sewers" on February 9, as a countdown and event tab is now active in the game. In addition, Fortnite now has four new quests under the April O'Neil Investigates collection. Each objective--for example, one is hide in sewer entrances--will net players 10k XP.
The collab files and an event Battle Pass are rumored to be added to game files with the upcoming 28.20 update.
Fortnite has already offered skins for the four turtles in the item shop: Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. A Shredder skin has been leaked previously, so it's likely the villain will be a part of the mini-pass. The event is also expected to add additional TMNT-themed Fortnite Festival instruments. Additionally, several TMNT-inspired Mythic weapons as well as Augments are rumored to be added, alongside the much-awaited Pizza Party consumable item.

This also won't be the first time for Fortnite to offer a big cross-over mini-pass in the middle or near the end of a season. For instance, last year saw a Star Wars event mini-pass during the middle of the season that cost 1,000 V-Bucks.
Currently, Fortnite also has Peter Griffin appearing on the map, with Family Guy and The Orville creator Seth MacFarlane admitting he had no idea what the game was previously. Overall, there's a lot new with Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1, which kicked off in early December.
Last but not least, the PDP Riffmaster guitar was revealed earlier this week and will be compatible with Fortnite Festival, as well as Rock Band 4.
