Nickelodeon has announced in the following Press Release, from PRNewswire, the Booyakasha TMNT News that Nick USA will start to premiere and show brand new episodes from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" season 2 from Saturday 12th October 2013 at 11:00am (ET/PT), continuing the crime-fighting adventures of the four mutant Heroes in a Half-Shell turtles — Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo! After the initial debut, Nickelodeon USA will continue to air all-new episodes of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" regularly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. (ET/PT).
Season two starts off with a bang in the premiere episode, "The Mutation Situation". In the episode, the Turtles discover that the alien Kraang survived their previous showdown and now have dropped mutagen canisters all over NYC. Throughout the season, the Turtles' mission is to recover the canisters before more mutants can be created. Meanwhile, the Kraang and Shredder have united to put an end to the Turtles once and for all, which results in some very scary characters coming after the brothers. With Casey Jones' help, the Turtles take on some of the most bizarre and dangerous villains they have ever seen, all the while trying to unravel the mystery regarding April O'Neil and her importance to the Kraang.
Season two stars Sean Astin ("Lord of the Rings") as Raphael, Rob Paulsen ("Planet Sheen") as Donatello, Greg Cipes ("Teen Titans") as Michelangelo, Jason Biggs ("Orange is the New Black") as Leonardo, Mae Whitman ("Parenthood") as April O'Neil, Hoon Lee ("Royal Pains") as Master Splinter and Kevin Michael Richardson ("Penguins of Madagascar") as Shredder. In "iGoodbye," Spencer (Jerry Trainor) offers to take Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) to the Air Force father-daughter dance when their dad, Colonel Shay, isn't able to accompany her because of his overseas deployment. When Spencer gets sick and can't take her, Freddie (Nathan Kress) and Gibby (Noah Munck) try to cheer Carly up by offering to go with her. Colonel Shay surprises everyone when he arrives just in time to take Carly to the dance. When they return from their wonderful evening together, Carly is disappointed to learn her dad must return to Italy that evening and she is faced with a very difficult decision.

Additionally, as the series ends, Nickelodeon has green-lit two new live-action comedy pilots from iCarly & Victorious creator and executive producer, Dan Schneider, headlining Jennette McCurdy (Sam), Ariana Grande (Cat) and Noah Munck (Gibby). In Sam & Cat (working title), feisty Sam Puckett (McCurdy) and daffy Cat Valentine (Ariana Grande, Victorious) become best buddies and unlikely roommates who quickly realize that fun and adventure do not come cheap.
