The online British and Irish TV guide website Digiguide is reporting the very exciting Nick UK news that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon's award-winning family comedy series "Instant Mom", starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict ("Sister Sister"), weeknights at 7:00pm (replayed at 8:00pm on Nick+1) from Monday 20th July 2015, as part of Nick UK's Summer programming highlights!
Additionally, Nickelodeon UK and Ireland/HD will also be premiering more brand-new episodes of "See Dad Run", starring Scott Baio ("Happy Days"), weekdays at 7:30pm (repeated at 8:00pm on Nick+1) from Monday 20th July 2015, straight after the debut of each all-new episode of "Instant Mom"!
"Instant Mom" is a multi-camera, scripted half-hour series starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict ("Sister Sister") as Stephanie, a party girl who trades in Cosmos for carpools when she marries Charlie (Michael Boatman, "Spin City"), who already has three kids. "Instant Mom" follows Stephanie as she struggles to maintain some sense of her fun-loving, slightly irresponsible life while managing being a full-time stepmom. Sheryl Lee Ralph ("Moesha") stars as Stephanie's mother Maggie, and rounding out the cast are Charlie's three kids played by Sydney Park ("CSI: NY"), Tylen Williams and Damarr Calhoun.
"Instant Mom" marks a welcome return to Nickelodeon UK for Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Sheryl Lee Ralph, who starred in the popular shows "Sister, Sister" and "Moesha", respectively. Both shows were fan favourites on Nickelodeon UK in the mid-1990's.
Additionally, Jackée Harry, who played Tia's Mom in "Sister, Sister", guest stars in the series Mother's Day special, "Not Your Mother's Day".
Tia Mowry-Hardrict recently hinted that there could be a "Sister Sister" revival in the near future!

"Make It Pop" (20 episodes) is a comedic, music-infused daily strip about three unique girls who come together to start their own K-Pop-inspired band. Randomly selected to room together at boarding school, bookish Corki (Erika Tham), fashion-forward Jodi (Louriza Tronco) and social media maven Sun Hi (Megan Lee) meet and bond over music. With the help of fellow classmate and aspiring DJ, Caleb (Dale Whibley), the girls grow from roommates to bandmates as their group, XO-IQ, becomes a school-wide sensation. The series, which features original songs and performances in every episode, is co-created by Thomas W. Lynch and Nick Cannon and produced by DHX Media. Nickelodeon recently ordered a twenty episode second season of "Make It Pop".
