Nickelodeon Africa To Premiere "Talia In The Kitchen" On Monday 4th September 2017

Nickelodeon Africa will start to premiere Talia in the Kitchen season one (101-125), the first season of Nickelodeon's popular live-action scripted series that is the story of 14-year-old Talia Parra (Maria Quezada), who discovers that she can cook just what each customer needs with her magical spices, weekdays at 21:05 CAT from Monday 4th September 2017!

Inspired by the daily telenovela format, Talia in the Kitchen follows Talia as she discovers her passion for cooking after moving in with her eccentric grandmother (Jeanette Lehr) and her brainy little sister, Julie (Galilea Lasalvia). With the help of her friends (Ellis Ann Jackson and Joshua Hoffman) and her late father's magical spices, Talia tries to revive the family's restaurant business with food that literally stirs people's emotions. However, she must overcome competition from a local eatery owned by the rival Fuccinelli family: food snob Debbie (Gail Soltys), heartthrob Tyson (Liam Obergfoll) and head chef Frenchie (Miguel Luciano).

Filmed in Miami, Florida, Talia in the Kitchen (40 episodes) is created by Catharina Ledeboer, executive produced by Tatiana Rodriguez, and produced by Nickelodeon Latin America, the team also behind Every Witch Way. Talia in the Kitchen is the North American adaptation of Nickelodeon Latinoamérica's popular telenovela Toni, La Chef, which aired on Nick Latinoamérica and Nick Brasil in 2015.



Nick Africa will encore episodes from Talia in the Kitchen in a special marathon on Saturday 9th September 2017 at 12:55 CAT.
