Nicktoons Facts: Rocko's Modern Life was created by Joe Murray. It premiered on September 18, 1993 (the fourth ever Nicktoon), and ran for 4 seasons. It also launched the careers of SpongeBob SquarePants creator Stephen Hillenburg, as well as the voice of SpongeBob/Heffer, Tom Kenny! Rocko's Modern Life is set to return the brand-new made-for-TV movie, "Static Cling", premiering soon to Nickelodeon!
