Get ready to deck the halls and celebrate the holiday season with Josh, Blue and their crew with an all-new festive episode of Nickelodeon’s hit preschool series Blue’s Clues & You! and the launch of the net’s brand-new Blue’s Clues & You! Listen and Play skill for Amazon Alexa, inspired by the show.

On Friday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. (ET/PT), Nick will spread holiday cheer with the premiere of “Blue’s Night Before Christmas,” which will feature Josh’s (Josh Dela Cruz) cousins and former Blue’s Clues hosts Steve (Steve Burns) and Joe (Donovan Patton). In the episode, written and directed by Burns, Josh and Blue play Blue’s Clues to figure out what Blue wants for Christmas, decorate with Steve, help Joe wrap presents, and celebrate a night full of holiday traditions.

Parents and their kids can join in on more clue-finding fun this holiday season with the brand-new Blue’s Clues & You! Listen and Play skill for Amazon Alexa. Available now on Alexa-enabled devices, the skill lets fans listen and play along to ten different storylines, interacting with Josh, Blue, Magenta, Tickety Tock and more. Preschoolers will use their imaginations and practice skills like listening and critical thinking while helping Josh figure out Blue’s Clues. Parents can enable the skill by saying, “Alexa, open Blue’s Clues,” and granting permission in the Alexa App.

“Blue’s Night Before Christmas” is part of Nickelodeon’s “Nickmas” holiday-themed lineup which features joyous premieres and specials from the network’s live-action, animation and preschool series, including all-new episodes of hit series The Casagrandes, Danger Force, All That and more, plus classic fan-favorite holiday episodes of Rugrats, PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants and The Loud House. Nickelodeon's full Nickmas highlights can be found here.
