Weston Drama Workshop, Ma. to Present 'The SpongeBob Musical' in July 2021

WESTON, Ma. - Weston Drama Workshop, a nonprofit youth theater organization will present the The SpongeBob Musical at Regis College as part of the organization's 59th season! The Weston Drama Workshop interpretation of The SpongeBob Musical will be preformed by the program’s older ensemble, ages 14-23. For more information, visit westondramaworkshop.org.

The SpongeBob Musical: Live On Stage! was broadcast in December 2019 across Nickelodeon platforms and featured much of the original Broadway company reprising their performances, including Tony nominee Ethan Slater as the high-energy title sponge, Tony nominee Gavin Lee as Squidward Q. Tentacles, Danny Skinner as Patrick Star, Brian Ray Norris as Eugene Krabs, and Wesley Taylor as Sheldon Plankton. The TV event is available to stream on Paramount+ (from July 14) and now is available on DVD.
