PARAMOUNT+ AND THREE UK PARTNER FOR MOBILE DISTRIBUTION OF THE STREAMING SERVICE
Paramount+ is now available as an optional add-on for Three UK’s new monthly contract customers
Major new partnership with Three UK is the latest step in the streaming service’s strategy to grow its direct-to-consumer distribution in the UK
London, 6 February 2023: Paramount+, the global streaming service from Paramount Global (NASDAQ: PARA, PARAA), has joined forces with Three UK – the UK’s fastest-growing 5G network – to give customers access to more than 8,000 hours of the biggest entertainment titles.
Three UK becomes the streaming service’s first major mobile partner in the UK, as Paramount+ continues to grow its direct-to-consumer distribution.
Paramount+ is now available to new customers of Three UK who take out a qualifying monthly plan. Paramount+ is the exclusive subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) partner for Three UK, offering customers complementary access to the service for varying durations, depending on their tariff. At the end of their introductory offer, customers can roll onto mobile billing to pay for the service at the current market rate.
Paramount+ brings together exclusive originals, blockbuster films and iconic series across every genre from Paramount’s world-renowned brands and production studios including Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, SHOWTIME® and the Smithsonian Channel™.
As part of its ‘Mountain of Entertainment’, Paramount+ offers some of the most highly anticipated originals, including the sci-fi hit HALO, YELLOWSTONE, 1923, THE MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN, THE FLATSHARE, KAMP KORAL: SPONGEBOB’S UNDER YEARS and iCARLY. The streaming service is also home to a wide selection of new blockbuster films, including TOP GUN: MAVERICK.
