Big Nate returns! Nickelodeon International will be premiering brand new episodes of Big Nate season two across its Nickelodeon Global Unlimited feed daily 00:20 CET starting Friday 21st August 2026!
The newly-formed Nickelodeon Global Unlimited feed is currently available in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), South Africa, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Portugal.
The news is somewhat surprising, as Nickelodeon cancelled Big Nate, produced as a Paramount+ Original, mid-way through its second season in 2024, with the series pulled from Nickelodeon and Paramount+, both in the U.S. and internationally (where Paramount+ is available). The series later became available, complete with its unaired episodes, on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video.
However, the return of Big Nate shouldn't be a complete surprise, as Nickelodeon International recently aired seasons two and three of Rugrats (2021), another Nickelodeon-produced Paramount+ Original series that was cancelled and pulled at the same time as Big Nate, which included the world premieres of many episodes.
In new episodes of the Emmy® nominated series, Nate Wright and his misfit group of friends tackle new adventures, face epic challenges and unleash their boundless imaginations at P.S. 38. This new season pushes the boundaries of visual creativity, featuring episodes with animation styles including stop-motion, shadow box theater, photogrammetry and claymation. With laughter, friendship and heaps of Nate's signature mischief, season two promises to be bigger, bolder, and funnier than ever.
In season two of Big Nate, with his extended family now in the picture, Nate Wright is tasked with embracing their cooky dynamics and checkered history while trying to win over the hearts of new crushes, forge new friendships, and even come to grips with some new critics.
At the time of posting, Nickelodeon International will be skipping three episodes in the new batch of Big Nate season two episodes: the Thanksgiving-themed "NATESgiving" (#216), the episode "Norchaborf", and the series finale, "Fuller House".
Below is a list of the currently scheduled all-new Big Nate episodes set to premiere on Nickelodeon International in August 2026.
Please note that, as a broadcast day runs from 6:00am-5:59am, each new episode will technically air as part of the previous day's schedule.
Friday 21st August 2026 - Nate Wright Has Left The Building: When Nate finds out he's moving away he wants the people of Rackleff to remember him fondly. Meanwhile, Amy's best friend tells her she's changed since leaving NYC so Amy is determined to prove her wrong. (#214)
Saturday 22nd August 2026 - Speed Bump Brawl: When a dispute over a speed bump at school divides the parents, Nate and Francis' friendship is tested. Chad is Kid Principal for the day but must navigate the chaos by himself when Nichols gets put out of commission. (#215)
Sunday 23rd August 2026 - Field of Nightmares: When Nate is made captain of the P.S. 38 baseball team only days before the Rackleff County Championship game, he pushes his team too hard on the path to victory. Meanwhile Francis conquers a sports related phobia. (#217)
Monday 24th August 2026 - Exes Machina: Nate is determined to win the EEW Corp science competition so he can snag the grand prize, but he is up against Nolan and his genius friends who have a few tricks up their sleeves. Francis grapples with facing his exes. (#218)
Nate and Francis enter a contest for tickets to Eew Corp Land. Nolan plans to outdo Nate, hiring Francis' exes to trip up Francis. It works. Francis never broke up with them, too afraid of confrontation. Nate needs Francis, so pressures him to build a robot to help with his relationship issues AND win top prize. The impressive ROBO-RITA wins over the judges, but also Francis' heart. So when the judges steal Rita to mass-produce her, Nate has to step up. He and Francis sneak into Eew Corp but run into Francis' exes, now interning at Eew. Still angry, they're about to report the break-in when Francis cops to his mistakes, vowing to be direct. He's forgiven, but not before Robo Rita sacrifices herself, deeming their love doomed in this corrupt world. Principal Nichols holds his own contest for the teachers to chaperone the trip should P.S. 38 win, which he's hoping won't happen. To curry favor, they shower him with gifts and services. But when P.S. 38 wins and Nichols breaks his word, it's his turn to give in to THEIR requests.
Tuesday 25th August 2026 - Scarytale Endings: With a huge haul of Halloween candy on the line, Nate makes a bet with Teddy to prove there's no such thing as ghosts. After Principal Nichols backs into a child's bike, he tries to bury the guilt. But it follows him everywhere... (#219)
Wednesday 26th August 2026 - Rackleff's A Dump: Nate's excited to collaborate with Ruby on an anti-trash art project but his desperate desire to impress her may get HIM dumped. Meanwhile, Gina and Nichols' single-use product addictions spiral out of control. (#220)
After a hole in the ozone layer appears directly over Rackleff, Mayor Klatchko issues a mandate to measure every school's trash output. Nate isn't worried. He stores all of his trash in his infinite locker so he's fine. He's got more important things to worry about anyway. Nate has a new girlfriend, Ruby! Environmental enthusiast Ruby suggests the kids create art out of trash for the town's Earth Day festival and Nate hopes to impress her with his artistic skills. Unfortunately, Nate loses Ruby's expensive dental retainer in the process, trapping it inside his artwork which is now in the clutches of his nemesis, Gina. Gina and Principal Nichols are harboring a dirty secret: they are addicted to earth destroying single use products and desperate for a place to stash their trash. When Nate reveals his secret garbage hiding spot to them in exchange for the retainer, both his locker and his relationship with Ruby explode.
Thursday 27th August 2026 - Nate Eat World: When a heartbroken Nate sings at the talent show auditions, it's so well received that he must stay down in the dumps or risk losing the band's success. Dee Dee's lack of painful life experiences impacts a performance. (#221)
It's time for P.S. 38's annual talent show and Fear the Mollusk is ready to show the school what they've got. Unfortunately, Nate just got dumped by his latest love, Ruby, and can barely hold himself, much less his drumsticks, upright. Francis, Teddy and Artur encourage Nate to channel his pain into music and Nate takes this advice to heart. He takes the stage and turns the band's latest song into an emo love ballad. The students of P.S. 38 go GAGA for Emo Nate and the band becomes an overnight sensation. Even Ruby is wowed. She had no idea Nate was so complex! But when Nate's heart begins to heal, he must choose between his thriving love life and emo career versus being his authentic happy self. Meanwhile, Dee Dee is excited to show off her acting chops at the talent show but some feedback from Dr. LaGaze has her contemplating if she has experienced enough personal turmoil to deliver powerful performances. To remedy this, Dee Dee tries to start real drama with her nearest and dearest.
Friday 28th August 2026 - Carlottha the Sloth-A: Nate finds a sloth in his backyard and campaigns for a way to keep her as a pet. Meanwhile, Teddy is suspicious and investigates how an exotic animal randomly showed up in Rackleff. (#222)

Sunday 30th August 2026 - Extreme Makeover: Gym Teacher Edition: After Nate's given detention for an epic prank, he offers to help Coach John impress his former classmates at a reunion in exchange for a reduced sentence. Gina is horrified to learn she's been voted "most boring" kid in class. (#225)
