Nickelodeon India continues to strengthen its position and setting new benchmarks in the industry with numerous category-first initiatives. The digital edition of Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2022 received 1.7 million votes, the highest ever across all editions of KCA in India. This unparalleled response is a testament to its ability to engage and empower its young viewers across platforms.

Defying in-person limitations and allowing audiences to engage like never before, this year witnessed kids engaging with KCA through short and snacky content across platforms and screens.

With the addition of newer categories, the fandom surrounding Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards grew tremendously and witnessed appreciation for socially trending categories such as Favorite Audio on Reels, Favorite Influencer, and Favorite Shorts. With ‘Kids Ki Choice, Kids Ki Voice’ at the core of it, the iconic Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2022, reiterated its focus on empowering kids with #It’sAllAboutYou.

With a phenomenal response received, Pathaan emerges as the clear favorite amongst kids by winning the Favorite Movie, and Shah Rukh Khan earns the title of Favorite Movie Actor for his role. Kiara Advani bags the title of Favorite Movie Actor (Female), while Hrithik Roshan and Madhuri Dixit are declared as Favorite Dancing Star (Male) and (Female), respectively.

The Favorite Sportsperson title is once again won by PV Sindhu, along with a host of special awards being presented to Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aryan, and Bhumi Pednekar.

Following its Oscar triumph for Best Original Song, RRR’s infectious track Naatu Naatu continues to shine by winning the honor of Favorite Song (South) at the Kids’ Choice Awards 2022.

Additionally, KGF 2 emerges as the Favorite Movie (South), while Rashmika Mandanna and Yash claim victory in the Favorite Movie Actor Female (South) and Male (South) categories, respectively. The beloved sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah maintains its winning streak by securing the title of Favorite TV Show for the eighth consecutive time, with Dilip Joshi once again taking home the award for Favorite TV Actor (Male).

Momos take the crown as the ultimate favorite food among the generation, while Candy Crush Saga claims the title of the Favorite Mobile Game. Adding to the excitement, Nickelodeon’s Motu Patlu steals the show as the Favorite Show on Kids Channel, with Motu himself being honored as the Favorite Indian Cartoon Character.

Taking its reach to new heights, the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2022, hosted by National award winner Varun Buddhadev, will have its largest-ever digital simulcast on June 28th, 2023.

India, 1st March 2023: It’s that time of the year again when the orange carpet is rolled out, empowering kids to voice their choice and cast the vote for their favourites! Having successfully pivoted to an online format that witnessed record-breaking participation for its previous two editions, category leader and pioneer in kids’ entertainment – Nickelodeon – is all set to bring back the most special time of the year with an all-new edition of Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2022. The 2022 edition of the awards will don a digitally powered avatar, reaching out to our young viewers with entertaining and relatable formats, and lots of slime! With ‘Kids Ki Choice, Kids Ki Voice’, the iconic Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2022, will reiterate its focus on empowering kids with #It’sAllAboutYou.

In a unique avatar, KCA 2022 will engage kids through short and snacky content across platforms and screens. Like every year, the winners will be bestowed with the coveted Nickelodeon Blimp and get slimed as a badge of honour! In addition to the existing categories such as Favorite Movie Actor, Favorite Video Game, Favorite Movie, Favourite Sportsperson, Favourite Food amongst others, this season will witness the introduction of exciting and socially trending categories to recognize short content influencers and platforms. From Favourite Audio on Reels to Favourite Influencer and Favourite Shorts, the young fans also stand a chance to vote for their Favourite Song, Favourite TV show, Favourite Dancing Star, to name a few. The categories and nominations were gathered from an exhaustive research study conducted to determine who and what were the kids’ favourites. While the previous editions witnessed Subway Surfers, Shahrukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, P.V. Sindhu, MS Dhoni and several others win big in their respective categories, it will be exciting to see who takes the blimp home this time!

Nickelodeon India Announces 'Kids’ Choice Awards 2021' Winners

KCA 2021 will open the voting gateways through multiple platforms such as Voot, Voot Kids and Jio App.

2021 was a year of change, and an ongoing roller coaster ride for kids as well as adults. However, despite the challenges, Nickelodeon India continues to stay true to its promise of putting kids first and ensures that kids stay cheerful and express themselves freely. With a belief that every voice counts, Nickelodeon, once again, is all set to empower and entertain kids with its flagship brand initiative Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2021, the only awards show in the country that allows kids to vote and choose their favourites across multiple categories!

Update (24/3) - Nickelodeon India will air Kids’ Choice Awards 2021 on March 27 across multiple screens! Nick will telecast the whole episode on the channel, across social media, and OTT.

Kids’ Choice Awards 2020 was a runaway success in its virtual avatar with the highest ever, a whopping 1.5 million votes. This year too, the awards would be brought to life virtually with several cutting-edge additions and innovations that will surely strike a chord with kids and parents.

In addition to the existing categories such as favourite Youtuber, favourite dancer, favourite mobile game, etc. Nickelodeon’s KCA 2021 will witness the introduction of newer relevant categories such as favourite environmentalists, favourite sibling Jodi, and favourite fashion icon. Moreover, to award talent from across the country, KCA 2021 will see the introduction of south focussed categories too. The winners like every year will take home the coveted Nickelodeon blimp and get slimed as a mark of honour! Keeping the energies high, the orange carpet has witnessed the who’s who of B-town, from Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh to many personalities across categories to take home the coveted blimp.

The nominations were gathered from a research study conducted to determine who and what were the kids’ favourites while they were indoors during the lockdown. The opportunity to vote has been broadened even more so as to allow every kid to voice their choice. To enable a larger set of audiences to voice their choice, KCA 2021 will open the voting gateways through multiple platforms such as Voot, Voot Kids, and on the Jio App.

Speaking on Kids’ Choice Awards 2021, Viacom18 head of Hindi mass entertainment and Kids TV Network Nina Jaipuria said, “With kids at the heart of everything we do, at Nickelodeon, we continue to keep our young dynamic viewers engaged, entertained, and motivated through these difficult times with innovations and pioneering initiatives. Pulling out all stops for Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards 2021 will see an innovative and novel marketing campaign. In addition to on-air promotions across the franchise, the initiative will have unique, platform-specific engagements across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, MX TakaTak to name a few. Specially curated superfan contests and sessions will entertain kids. Winners will be given a masterclass by celebrities on social media platforms. 2021 is a year of new, a year of hope and a year of creating new benchmarks. Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India, India’s only awards that empowers kids and celebrates their choices has set the tone for this new year with the announcement of kids favorites across film, television, sports and digital. This year KCA 2020 set out to present the show in a whole new format, focused on taking it virtual. The nominees were selected through a special online research to determine who entertained children the most during the lockdown. For the first time ever in the awards’ history, the winners were chosen by the kids through an unprecedented 15+ lakh (million) votes garnered across categories. Kids' Choice Awards is a one-of-a-kind extravaganza and over the years the fanfare for the awards has grown tremendously with more and more categories being added and everyone looking forward to winning the coveted blimp. This year saw an all new, enhanced and relevant list of categories with addition of 6 new awards  for  kids favorite online learning apps, youtubers, Instagram personalities, food enjoyed during the lockdown, amongst others, each a true reflection of the times we live in.

Voting for Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India opened on Monday 4th January 2021, with viewers invited to vote for their favorites exclusively at voot.com and via the Voot App.

Celebrating their choices for a year that required resilience and optimism, kids have chosen those that brought a smile to their face and upped their spirits during the lockdown. The phenomenal response received by the awards this year as we slowly come out of a pandemic makes this award even more special.

The awards saw the best mobile game title go to The Subway Surfers while the Favorite You Tuber title went to Ashish Chanchlani.  Anantya Anand was titled as Favorite Kid Influencer while Favorite Food Item during the lockdown was Pizza. Well no guesses for that! 

On the sporting arena P.V Sindhu won the awards for the Favorite Sportsman (non-cricket) of the Year and MS Dhoni continued to inspire kids and emerged as Favorite Sportsperson (Cricket).

The awards saw Chhichhore bag honors in the categories of Favorite Bollywood Movie. Favorite Movie Actor (Female) went to Shraddha Kapoor for keeping kids entertained in movies like ABCD 3 & Chichore while Varun Dhawan won the Favorite Movie Actor for helping keep spirits of kids high through the year.  Badshah on the title of Best Rapper / Rap music stars for keeping kids on tapping their feet. In television content, Surbhi Chandna was crowned Favorite TV Actor (Female) for Naagin while it was a hat-trick for Dilip Joshi as Favorite TV Actor (Male). Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah has entertained the kids all these years and emerged as the winner for the 6th time in a row.

Nickelodeon India Announces Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India

Nickelodeon India has announced Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India!

Following in the footsteps of the U.S./global edition of Kids' Choice Awards as well as the localised KCAs in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, due to the on-going COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India will take place virtually. However, this year's ceremony will be bigger than ever before!

This year with Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards the promise is to present the show in a whole new format, new style, focused on taking it virtually and getting kids to not only vote but also get closer to their stars in a never seen before avatar.

For Kids' Choice Awards 2020 India, Nickelodeon is adding six brand new categories, giving kids across India the chance to vote and honour their favourite content and stars that kept them entertained through the lockdown, empowering kids to decide who takes home the coveted Nickelodeon Blimp.

Over the years, Kids’ Choice Awards have featured a glittering host of celebrities gracing the orange carpet and with our iconic Nicktoons. With mind-blowing performances by renowned celebrities like Sara Ali Khan, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and more, as well as raking in more than five lakh votes, kids had a gala time at the legendary award show. This year’s edition will witness nominees that have come through a special online research to determine who entertained children the most during the lockdown.

Kids will get a chance to vote for a whole lot of nominees across several new categories such as favourite online learning apps, YouTubers, Instagram personalities, sportspersons, and food enjoyed during the lockdown, amongst others. The voting starts on 4 January 2021 exclusively at voot.com and via the Voot App. The date of the gala is yet to be officially announced.

Nominees in the "Best Movie Actor (Female)" category are Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani and Shraddha Kapoor.

In the "Best Movie Actor (Male)" category, Salman Khan is pitted against Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh and Tiger Shroff.

Blockbusters Baahubali 2, Baaghi 3, Street Dancer 3, War and Golmaal Again are competing in the "Best Bollywood Movie" category.

In the "Best Bollywood Movie Song" category, the nominees are: "Coca Cola", "Bala", "Care ni karda", "Aankh maare", and "Apna time aayega".

Honey Singh, Badshah, Raftaar, Guru Randhawa and Divine are pitted against each other in the "Favourite Rapper/Rap Music Star" category.

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is nominated in the "Favourite Dancer" category alongside Prabhu Deva, Tiger Shroff, Allu Arjun, and Varun Dhawan.

The "Favourite TV Actor (Male)" category will see contest between Kapil Sharma, Dilip Joshi, Mukesh Khanna, Shivaji Satam and Arun Govil.

Hina Khan, Disha Vakani, Surbhi Chandana, Shivangi Joshi and Shehnaaz Gill are nominated in the "Favorite TV Actor (Female)" category.

There is also a "Favourite TV Show" category, in which Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma, Kaun Banega Crorepati, The Kapil Sharma Show, India's Best Dancer and Mahabharat have each been nominated for a blimp award.

In the "Favourite Show on Kids Channel" category, Nickelodeon favourite Motu Patlu goes head-to-head with Chhota Bheem, Little Singham, Sab Jholmaal Hai, and Bandbudh aur Budbak.

Meanwhile, Bheem, Motu, Shiva, Patlu and Rudra are all battling out to be named ""Favourite Indian Toon Character".

On the decision to go virtual this year, Nina Elavia Jaipuria – Hindi Mass Entertainment & Kids TV Network at Viacom18, said, “In these challenging times our commitment is to ensure that our young viewers remain entertained and positive. Keeping this in mind we at Nickelodeon are going to celebrate all that is new with Kids’ Choice Awards 2020.”

“In the virtual format, with the introduction of new categories, we aim to encourage and empower kids to cast their vote and choose their favourites who kept them going through the lockdown. Nickelodeon will also support Teach for India to help provide smart devices to children to enable online education,” Jaipuria  added.

The uniquely curated awards will support a cause that has emerged during the pandemic while emphasizing the need to celebrate the new normal. Due to the ongoing social distancing, the shift to e-learning, India’s education system is going through a reform. The prolonged closure of schools to maintain social distancing has caused educational inequality, especially due to limited access to internet and technology. To bridge the digital education divide and enable a smooth transition for all stratas of society, Nickelodeon has partnered with Teach for India, for the latter’s existing program “Sponsor A Device”. The partnership will kickstart during the voting process of the Kids' Choice Awards 2020 where Nickelodeon will donate one rupee for every vote garnered. Teach for India is a non-profit organization that works towards educational equity at all levels of the education system. Under the existing program, the community aims to enable the new form of learning by raising funds for putting a gadget in the hands of every student who needs one. 

Teach For India communications and marketing director added on the initiative, “We are delighted to partner with Nickelodeon for their most prestigious awards show. Their support to our #DontStopLearning campaign is important and we are deeply grateful to their commitment to sponsor a device to ensure our students continue learning. We are confident that this partnership will play a significant role in bridging the digital divide.”

Pivoting the media mix to the new normal, the marketing campaign is being promoted through a robust digital and social media plan, interesting on-line interactivity, support across the Nickelodeon franchise and social media challenges along with a push from the entire network. There are various innovations lined up on the digital front, including tons of quirky communication on YouTube. There will be a #KCAsquad with influencers giving the audiences all the latest updates on #KCAIndia2020. Further adding to the slime-tastic experience will be slime inspired digital games, contests, AR filters, virtual face-offs and series of engaging and interesting on-line interactivity that will create fun experiences for kids. Fans can also show their support with the #CelebrateTheNew hashtag.

Nick India Announces Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2019 India Nominations

Nickelodeon India has announced the nominees for Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2019 India!

Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2019 India is India's most unique award show, and celebrates kids’ favorites from the worlds of movies, television and more! Like previous years, Nickelodeon's fifth Kids' Choice Awards 2019 India will feature lots of Bollywood Superstars setting the stage on fire with India's favourite Nicktoons! The host of KCA 2019 India, along with the venue and date of when the most awaited kids award show comes to life and the events TV air date will be announced in the coming weeks.

Update (19/12) - Nickelodeon will announce the winners of Kids' Choice Awards 2019 India, sponsored by Yellow Diamond and Apis, at a star-and-slime studded ceremony in Mumbai on Friday 20th December 2019! The awards will air not only on the Nickelodeon franchise, but also on Colors, Rishtey, Colors regional network and Voot starting Friday 5th January 2020.

To be hosted by the actor and comedian Varun Sharma, the main attractions of the evening will be performances by Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan and Bhumi Pednekar.

Actor Bhumi Pednekar, who has never failed to excite the audience, from choosing incredible scripts to being vocal about climate change with the striking climate warrior campaign, is set to make her debut at the KCA awards.

NickHeads across India can now cast their votes across 12 categories for who they want to win a coveted orange blimp via the newly launched VOOT Kids app - available to download on iOS and Play Store - and Jio TV. Voting for KCA 2019 India opened on Friday 15th November 2019 at 7:00am and will close on Friday 13th December 2019 at 8:00pm.

Nick India Announces Winners Of 'Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018'

India’s only award show by the kids, for the kids and of the kids – Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018 powered by Hide & Seek Choco Chips Crème Sandwiches recognized and celebrated the best in the world of entertainment across film, television, mobile gaming, sports and more during a extravagant star-and-slime studded evening which took place on Thursday 13th December 2018 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai!

The night saw the brightest stars of Bollywood and Television, including Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Kartik Aaryan, Huma Qureshi, SpongeBob SquarePants, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Green Power Ranger, Ninja Hattori, and Dora the Explorer, amongst many others dazzle on the renowned Orange Carpet, with some treating onlookers to their take of the KCA Shake. The starry evening created some memorable moments with mesmerizing performances by the Bollywood superstars along with the kids’ favorite Nicktoons, including Rudra, Motu & Patlu and Gattu & Battu.

The Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards prides itself as the only awards show in the country that empowers kids and allows this future generation to decide on who should win the coveted “Nickelodeon Blimp” award. This year saw nearly 350,000 votes making this a truly inclusive award and a perfect representation of kids and their choices.

The star-studded evening saw Varun Dhawan walk away with the Favourite Movie Actor (Male) award. Alia Bhatt won the coveted Favorite Movie Actor (Female) award. Tiger Zinda Hai won in the Favourite Film category. Ishaan Khatter won the New Kid on the Block award, and the Swag Se Swagat, which had the nation dance to its tunes was voted as the Favourite Bollywood Movie Song by kids. Motu and Shin Chan won the Favorite Indian toon Character and Favorite Show of the Year awards, respectively.

Keeping in line with the tradition internationally that saw Hollywood icons like Hugh Jackman, Justin Bieber and Nicole Kidman get slimed, Kids Choice Awards India too created some fun moments with slime. Sonakshi Sinha, Varun, Alia, Kartik and others and were slimed green as a mark of honor on winning the prestigious blimp

The pioneering awards that recognize and celebrate the best in the world of entertainment across film, television, mobile gaming amongst many others is all set to roll out its orange carpet on your television screens on 6th January 2019 at 6.30 PM on Nickelodeon.

The internationally acclaimed Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018 is the only award show in India that celebrates kids and their choices. The latest edition of the star-studded awards saw kids favorites like Varun Dhawan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Kartik Aaryan, Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi and Ishaan Khattar walk the renowned Orange Carpet. Kartik Aaryan, who has emerged as a phenomenon amongst kids and adults alike also charmed the audience as the host and performer, while the gorgeous Alia Bhat, Varun Dhawan and Sonakshi Sinha owned the stage with their fun, unique and spectacular performances. Alia Bhatt took a trip down memory lane and relived her school days along with our Nicktoons Shiva, Motu Patlu and others, mesmerising the audience with her performance. Sonakshi Sinha took the entire stage down with her foot tapping and energetic performance to popular punjabi medley peppered with dhols and nagadas. The uber cool and suave Varun Dhawan enthralled the audiences through an exciting act where he made an entry on a plane which left the audience spell-bound.

The prestigious Nickelodeon Orange Blimp this year was bestowed upon actors like Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt for Favourite Movie Actor (Male) and Favourite Movie Actor (Female), respectively. Tiger Zinda Hai won in the Favourite Film category. Ishaan Khatter won a special award and Swag Se Swagat that had the nation dance to its tunes was voted as the Favourite Bollywood Movie Song by kids. Motu and Shin Chan won the Favorite Indian toon Character and Favorite Show of the year award, respectively.

The night also saw epic slime mania, as a part of Nickelodeon’s coveted tradition, where Kartik Aaryan and Varun Dhawan drenched Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha in the Nickelodeon’s signature Green slime.

In addition to Nickelodeon, Sonic and Nick HD+ would also telecast the award show in the month of January. Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018 will also see the entire Viacom18 network come together to telecast the much-awaited awards across network channels- Colors, Rishtey, Colors Bangla, Colors Marathi, Colors Gujarati and Viacom18’s OTT platform VOOT.

Hosted by the witty and charming Kartik Aryan, Kids Choice Awards 2018 will have the best of Bollywood - Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha set the stage on fire with the kids’ favorite Nicktoons! Kids Choice Awards 2017 saw Ranveer Singh being voted the best actor, Alia Bhat the best actress, Varun Dhawan the favorite entertainer of the year and Golmaal Again was voted by the kids as the favorite movie of the year. This year the voting, exclusively on www.voot.com and the Voot app, is across 13 categories, like favorite actor, favorite actress, favorite movie, favorite song, favorite mobile game etc.

This year’s Kids Choice Awards is all set to up the ante on entertainment. Nickelodeon India, India's No.1 kids Channel recently celebrated Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017, the third edition of Nick India's star and slime studded awards ceremony, which was well attended by the crème de la crème of Bollywood, including stars such as Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, and Varun Dhawan.

Ranveer Singh made a grand entrance to Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017, entering the stage on a Jet Ski! The actor treated the audience to performances of his hit tracks, "Tattad Tattad" and "Malhari", whilst grooving along with popular Nick toon stars, Gattu Battu and Motu Patlu. Ranveer also danced with the Nick toons around the audience on the Nickelodeon submarine, and had a impromptu performance with Varun Dhawan after he got down from the stage!

Nickelodeon India has announced the exciting news that Nickelodeon, India's number-one channel for kids, will premiere Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017 on Sunday 7th January 2018 at 6:00pm!

Hosted by Bharti Singh and Rithvik Dhanjani, the third edition of Nickelodeon India's star and slime studded awards ceremony which honors kids favourites from the worlds of film, music, television and gaming took place on Friday 15th December 2017 at the NSCI Dome in Mumbai.

The one-of-a-kind event saw the best and biggest of both Bollywood and Television personalities like Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Badshah, Shantanu Maheshwari and Dharmesh Sir rub shoulders with popular Nickelodeon stars, such as Motu Patlu, Shiva and Dora the Explorer. MUMBAI: Dabur Red Paste presents Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017 powered by Jolly Rancher in association with Yellow Diamond and Funskool and Apis Honey, India’s only award show by the kids, for the kids and of the kids – honored kids favourites from the worlds of film, music, television and gaming at a star-and-slime studded evening which took place on Friday 15th December 2017 at the NSCI Dome, Mumbai!

The one-of-a-kind event saw the best and biggest of both Bollywood and Television personalities like Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Badshah, Shantanu Maheshwari, Dharmesh Sir, amongst many others walk Nickelodeon's iconic ‘Orange Carpet’.

The starry evening captured everyone’s imagination through extraordinary performances and magical moments that will be etched in everyone’s mind for a long time. The Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards is the only Awards Show in the country that has kids decide on who should win the coveted orange Nickelodeon Blimp award.

With nearly 2.5 lakh votes, the kids have truly chosen their favorites!

Golmaal Again won in the Best Film category while Ranveer Singh won the Best Actor (Male) Award. Alia Bhatt won the coveted Best Actress (Female) award and Badri Ki Dulhania, the song that had the entire country grooving to its tunes was voted as the Best Song by kids.

The much adored Varun Dhawan was voted by kids as The Dancing Star and the Best Entertainer of the Year. Motu Patlu received maximum votes and was declared the Best Show on a Kids Channel in the country. Motu also picked up the Best Indian Cartoon Character of the year award.

The most memorable moments that made the Kid’s Choice Awards 2017 an affair to remember were Alia turning green on being slimed by Ranveer. The ‘Green Slime Mania’ is a tradition that is followed across the globe for Kid’s Choice Awards as a mark of honor where the biggest and hottest International celebrities like Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Adam Sandler and more have been slimed.

Varun Dhawan’s power-packed performance had the little ones jumping out of their seats. Kids voted Varun Dhawan for The Dancing Star and the Best Entertainer of the Year award.

Speaking on this edition of the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, Nina Elavia Jaipuria, Business Head – Kids’ Entertainment, Viacom18 said, “The Nickelodeon Kids’s Choice Awards is a platform that empowers kids and celebrates their choices. This edition of the awards has once again created many unique, electrifying and fun moments with the kids, toons and stars, all of which will create a memorable experience for all the Nickelodeon fans.”

Commenting about the evening, national heartthrob Ranveer Singh said, “Performing on stage always gives me a huge adrenaline rush, but performing live for kids at the Kid’s Choice Awards was just next level in terms of madness! The kids are so full of love and positivity and energy that I simply had the best time ever on stage. It was a truly fulfilling experience being part of this spectacular evening. It really, really felt amazing. I will always cherish my first ever live performance at the Kids Choice Awards. What an evening!

Talking about her act at Kid’s Choice Awards, Alia Bhatt said, “This is my second year in a row performing at Kid’s Choice Awards and I had double the blast since last time. Kids are a bundle of joy and happiness and performing on stage with them is always a memorable experience.”

The evening saw some adrenaline pumping performances by Alia Bhatt who danced to a melody of her biggest dance numbers, while a power packed performance by Ranveer Singh had the little ones jumping out of their seats. Badhshah had everyone grooving to his beats with the rap version of the KCA Anthem. The Awards will premiere on Nickelodeon, Sonic, Nick Jr. and Nick HD+.
