'Treasure Island' Series to Premiere on Paramount+ UK In October 2026 | First Look

Paramount+ has released a first look at Treasure Island, the upcoming six-part adventure drama series from Playground, starring Hayley Atwell (Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Avengers: Doomsday) as Bess Hawkins, David Oyelowo (Silo, Selma) as Long John Silver, Tom Sweet (Great Expectations) as Jim Hawkins, Jack Huston (Boardwalk Empire, Day of the Fight) as Aaron Graham and Tomer Capone (The Boys, Fauda) as Billy Bones.

The series will premiere on Monday 12th October 2026 exclusively on Paramount+ in the UK & Ireland and on Sunday 11th October on MGM+ in the US, with new episodes dropping weekly through to Monday 16th November and Sunday 15th November, respectively. Fifth Season is handling global distribution outside these territories.

When young Jim Hawkins and his fiercely determined mother Bess come into possession of Captain Flint’s legendary treasure map, they are swept into a brutal race for unimaginable riches. Crossing the Atlantic aboard the Hispaniola, Jim enters a world of shifting loyalties, ruthless ambition and deadly secrets, where trust can be as dangerous as betrayal. At the heart of the expedition is Long John Silver, a charismatic and deeply complex survivor whose ambitions challenge every certainty Jim holds. Through treacherous landscapes and escalating conflict, the hunt for treasure becomes a battle between loyalty and ambition that will change them forever.

The series also stars Craige Els (Andor) as Mr Arrow, Tristan Sturrock (Poldark) as Captain Smollett and Neil Pendleton (Outlander) as Mr Cameron.

Treasure Island is a Paramount+ Original Series in association with MGM+ and Fifth Season, produced by the BAFTA and Golden Globe winning Playground. It has been created for television by Robert Murphy (Vera, Shetland) and it is directed by Jeremy Lovering (Slow Horses, The One), William McGregor (The Buccaneers, His Dark Materials) and Paul Walker (Shameless, Hunting Alice Bell) with Mark Hedges serving as producer.

Things Get a Bit Fuzzy in New 'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' Season Four Episode 'Level-Five Transporter Accident' | First Look

Things are about to get REALLY weird on this week’s brand new episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, even by the standards of this series. The ship is thrown into chaos this week when the transporters go haywire, turning everyone into cute little puppets. “Level-Five Transporter Accident” streams this Thursday, August 20 on Paramount+ and today we’re taking a closer look with a brand new synopsis and episode stills.

A transporter malfunction turns most of the crew into puppets while Spock fights to reclaim the ship.

Paramount+ revealed first-look images from the second season of Dexter: Resurrection, starring SAG and Golden Globe^® winner Michael C. From Emmy^®-nominated showrunner and executive producer Clyde Phillips, the second season of Dexter: Resurrection finds Dexter Morgan (Hall) caught between two killers – one notorious and the other terrorizing New York in ways no one ever anticipated – all while battling his greatest enemy yet: a mid-life crisis. March 23, 2026 - Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser return as the indomitable Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler in Dutton Ranch, premiering globally on Paramount+ on Friday, May 15 with two episodes, and this time, they're taking on Texas. Hauser and Reilly are joined in the new original series by Academy Award nominees Ed Harris and Annette Bening.

• As Beth and Rip fight to build a future together - far from the ghosts of Yellowstone - they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire. In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul.

• Dutton Ranch, a Paramount+ Original Series, will also air on the Paramount Network beginning May 15, at 8pm ET/PT, with two episodes, and then weekly throughout the series’ nine-episode first season.

• Alongside Reilly and Hauser, the new original drama series also stars Finn Little, Juan Pablo Raba, Jai Courtney, J.R. Villarreal, Marc Menchaca, Natalie Alyn Lind, and Ed Harris and Annette Bening.
