Nickelodeon's Popular Animated Original Shows "The Legend Of Korra" And "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Nominated For The "Best Cartoon Series" Award In BuzzFocus.com's "Best Of TV 2012" Awards!

The entertainment website BuzzFocus.com has announced the Nickelodeon News that they have nominated the brand new and popular original animated Nickelodeon shows (Nicktoons) "The Legend of Korra" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in "Best Cartoon Series" category of their Reader's Choice "Best of TV 2012" awards! In the category, Nickelodeon's LoK and TMNT will be competing against Cartoon Network's (CN) "Star Wars: The Clone Wars", "ThunderCats" and "Young Justice" and Disney XD's "Tron: Uprising" to take the title of "Best Cartoon Series 2012". Fans of Nickelodeon's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "The Legend of Korra" and Nickelodeon viewers all around the world can vote for their favourite Nicktoon here on the Buzz Focus website, buzzfocus.com! YouTube User Unveils Possible Logo For The "Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2013"!

A YouTube user called 'iJohnNation' has unveiled an online streaming video clip (below) which he claims features a first look at Nickelodeon's logo which they will use for the upcoming "Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2013" awards ceremony! Although currently unconfirmed by Nickelodeon, YouTube user 'iJohnNation' is claiming that a friend of his who works in Nickelodeon / Viacom's art design department sent him a copy of Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards logo. In the 'Video Description' part of the video's page on YouTube, 'iJohnNation' also states that Nickelodeon USA will be holding, premiering and showing the "2013 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards" live on Saturday 23rd March 2013 at 8.00pm, although this Nickelodeon News has yet to be confirmed by Nickelodeon themselves:

The Popular Nickelodeon Comedy Show "iCarly" Nominated For "Outstanding Children's Programme" In The 2013 Producers Guild of America Awards!

The entertainment news website Digital Spy is reporting the Nickelodeon News / "iCarly" News that the hit Nickelodeon comedy series "iCarly", which recently came to a finish in November 2012 with the episode "iGoodbye", has been nominated for a award in the "Outstanding Children's Programme" television category of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) Awards! In the category, Nickelodeon's "iCarly" will be competing against Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie" & "Phineas and Ferb", PBS' long-running popular preschool series "Sesame Street" and HBO's "The Weight of the Nation for Kids: The Great Cafeteria Takeover" to win the title of PGA 2013's "Outstanding Children's Programme":
'Sherlock', 'Homeland', 'Breaking Bad' nominated in PGA TV categories

Sherlock, American Horror Story and Homeland are among the shows vying for prizes in the TV categories at the forthcoming Producers Guild of America (PGA) Awards.

American Horror Story, which returned from its mid-season break tonight (January 2), will compete with Sherlock, Emmy award-winning political drama Game Change, The Dust Bowl and Hatfields & McCoys for the David L Wolper Award, which is presented to outstanding producers of long-form television.

Homeland will face Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones and Mad Men for the Norman Felton Award, dedicated to outstanding episodic drama. Meanwhile, the Danny Thomas Award for episodic comedy will be contested by The Big Bang Theory, Curb Your Enthusiasm, 30 Rock, Louie and Modern Family.

Other programmes in contention for trophies at this year's awards ceremony - which will be held on January 26 - include Dancing with the Stars, The Colbert Report, Saturday Night Live and The Voice.

Nickelodeon Planning To Release "House Of Anubis" Season Two On DVD In The USA Soon!

According to the following Nickelodeon News / "House of Anubis" News article from DVD news website TVShowsOnDVD.com, even though Nickelodeon hasn't released season one of "House of Anubis" on DVD yet in the USA, Amazon USA's CreateSpace manufacture on demand (MOD) program is preparing to release two "House of Anubis: Season 2" DVD's, "House of Anubis - Season 2, Volume 1" and "House of Anubis - Season 2, Volume 2", in the USA. In the UK, Paramount Home Entertainment released the complete first season of "House of Anubis" (House of Anubis: Season 1) on DVD (PAL / Region: Region 2) on Monday 2nd April 2012 and started to release season two of HoA in October 2012:

She made a small fortune as the star of hit children's TV show iCarly.

And it seems teenager Miranda Cosgrove is wise beyond her years, as she has invested some of her fortune to buy a $2.65m home in the Hollywood Hills, according to Trulia Luxe Living.

The 19-year-old will certainly have plenty of room to hold pyjama parties in the three bedroom house, which has been recently renovated.

She has cash to burn after raking in around $180,000 per episode of iCarly, which made her the one of the highest-paid child stars on television.

The posh property will be the perfect place for the cerebral star to stay while pursuing her degree at the University of California's Los Angeles campus.

It is located conveniently near to the lecture halls and classrooms she will attend while studying for a degree in theatre and writing.
