Nickelodeon USA To Premiere "Henry Danger" On Saturday 13th September 2014

The Danger Begins! Nickelodeon Star Jace Norman has announced the very exciting Nick News in a Tweet (post) on his official Twitter profile page, @Jacenorman, that, following Nick USA premiering the networks super all-new "Henry Danger" TV movie in July 2014, Nickelodeon USA will start to fully premiere and show the networks brand-new original crime-fighting comedy series "Henry Danger" from Saturday 13th September 2014, as part of Nick USA's Fall (Autumn) 2014 programming highlights!:

Created and written by Nickelodeon hitmaker Dan Schneider ("iCarly", "Sam & Cat") and Dana Olsen ("George of the Jungle", "Inspector Gadget"), "Henry Danger" is a brand-new crime-fighting comedy that features 13-year-old Henry Hart (Jace Norman) who gets the after school job of a lifetime - a part-time job as Danger Boy, a sidekick-in-training to Swellview's super crime fighter and well-known superhero Captain Man (Cooper Barnes, "The Perfect Host"). Henry's gig has awesome perks. First up, it pays $10/hour. Sweet! Next up, he gets to play with next-level, high-tech gadgets. Oh and... he gets to save the WORLD! Their colorful adventures throw Henry's otherwise ordinary life absurdly out of balance, yet he must keep his new job a secret from his best friends Charlotte (Riele Downs, "The Best Man Holiday") and Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox). Nickelodeon UK To Hold "Gotta Spot It" Special In September 2014; To Include New Episodes Of "Sam & Cat" And "The Haunted Hathaways"

Nickelodeon UK, the number one commercial kids TV network in the UK, has announced the very exciting Nick UK news in a trailer that loads of weird, wacky, and just plain upside down stuff will be going down on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK during September 2014 when Nick UK holds a brand-new special called "Gotta Spot It"!

As part of "Gotta Spot It", Nick is inviting NickHeads to join their favourite Nickelodeon stars for the ultimate Gotta Spot It game, in which Nickelodeon has hidden secret stuff in brand-new episodes of the hit Nick shows "The Haunted Hathaways" and "Sam & Cat" and in a special episode of "The Thundermans", and its up to viewers at home to keep a look out for anything that seems unusual! Viewers actually get to be apart of each episode right from home, how aweslime is that?!

NickHeads can play along at home by visiting Nickelodeon UK's official "Gotta Spot It" website, nick.co.uk/spot-it, and whilst there, they can also enter Nickelodeon UK's brand-new competition, in which they can win signed goodies from the stars of their favourite Nick shows!

Although currently unconfirmed, it is expected that the brand-new episodes of "The Haunted Hathaways" and "Sam & Cat" that Nickelodeon UK will debut as part of "Gotta Spot It" will be "Haunted Prank" and "#Lumpatious", respectively, and that the "The Thundermans" episode will be a encore of "Crime After Crime".

Nick Jr. UK Unveils "Nick Jr. Leap", A Brand-New Interactive Learning Zone

Nickelodeon UK's preschool channel, Nick Jr. UK and Ireland, has unveiled a brand-new area on their official website called "Nick Jr. Leap"!

Targeted for children aged 2 and upwards, "Nick Jr. Leap" is a brand-new learning tool containing a wide variety of fun and educational worlds and mini-games that aim to develop the players mathematics, problem solving and language skills. "Nick Jr. Leap" currently features three different educational worlds, with each world presented by favourite Nick Jr. characters from popular Nickelodeon preschool shows:

In "Numbers World", players can grow their own flowers and trees and look after their garden while they learn a bit of maths with the help of "Team Umizoomi".

In "Language World", children can start learning how to say words in English, Spanish, French and Italian in three fun mini-games presented by "Dora the Explorer".

In "Solving World", players visit space park with the fin-tastic Bubble Guppies and solve puzzles along the way.

"Nick Jr. Leap" has been made to encourage both independent and parent-led game play with learning targets that cover the 2014 EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework. This includes reception class for mathematics development and understanding the world. The language games are an entertaining introduction to French, Spanish and Italian, and can also help children who speak English as a second language.

This forms the basis of current school Reception year curriculum and was developed alongside an education expert to ensure the games have a solid foundation and are suitable for the learning development of this age range.

"Nick Junior Leap" is specifically tailored to a child's age as they begin their adventure but will adapt based on their performance to ensure that they are always challenged but progressing at a suitable pace.

As part of "Nick Jnr Leap", players can choose a Leap friend to go on their learning adventure with them, and as they progress and complete games, their Leap friend is rewarded.

Parents can choose to create an account and benefit from tracking their child's progress in the designated 'Grown Ups' area. This shows their progress within each game so parents can see where their children are flourishing and where they might need a little more help. Parents can also edit user and audio settings and find out more information about "Nick Jr. Leap" in the "Grown Ups Zone".
