Nickelodeon is slated to premiere more brand new episodes of Danger Force season 3 from Wednesday, January 17, 2024! The news was revealed by Danger Force producer Jimmy Brooks on his official Instagram page.
It's important to note that this date may change, as new episodes of Danger Force were set to be released in November, with the season finishing around the holidays.
Update (12/25) - Nickelodeon has confirmed the date in a new promo, below!
Danger Force season three made its debut in April this year, and kicked off when a mysterious Cell kidnapped all the moms in Swellview and aimed to end Danger Force as we know it.
Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. - Hey, Where's Schwoz?: Danger Force sets out to rescue a kidnapped Schwoz (Michael D. Cohen); with help from a familiar Swellview villain, the kids try to take out an evil collective along the way. (#307)
About Danger Force:
The series, a spin-off from Henry Danger, follows four ordinary kids - Chapa (Havan Flores), Miles (Terrence Little Gardenhigh), Mika (Dana Heath) and Bose (Luca Luhan) - who accidentally acquire extraordinary superpowers as they struggle to keep their identities a secret. Under the guidance of indestructible veteran superhero Captain Man (Cooper Barnes) and his odd-but-brilliant assistant Schwoz (Michael D. Cohen), the team battles the many villains they accidentally released from Swellview prison years ago. Danger Force is TV’s number-one live-action kids’ show (Kids 6-11), and is produced in Burbank, Calif.
Danger Force is developed and executive produced by Christopher J. Nowak (Henry Danger, The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder). Cooper Barnes and Jake Farrow (Henry Danger) serve as executive producers. The series is produced by Jace Norman. Danger Force was created by Dan Schneider & Dana Olsen. Production of Danger Force for Nickelodeon is overseen by Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin, Co-Heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action. Omar Camacho serves as Nickelodeon’s Executive in Charge of Production for the series.
The Future of the Dangerverse:
At the time of writing, a fourth season of Danger Force is still to be announced, however, Jace Norman is set to reprise his role as “Henry Hart/Kid Danger” in a new, original live-action movie for Paramount+, based off Nickelodeon’s hit series Henry Danger, which is being produced as part of Norman's overall deal with Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV. Under the partnership, Nickelodeon will work with Norman and his production company, Starlight, to develop, executive produce and star in new and original content for Paramount Global companies, including Nickelodeon Studios, Awesomeness Studios, Paramount+ and other Paramount platforms.
Nickelodeon's Nicktoons network will premiere Nickelodeon International's brand new animated series The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj on Tuesday, January 16!
With a mysterious time-altering app at their fingertips, Twisted Timeline of Sammy and Raj follows the reality-bending adventures of a pair of cousin-brothers, as they pause, rewind, fast-forward and slow-motion their way into a whole host of rowdy laugh-out-loud exploits.
In the series premiere episode "Birthday Do Over," when cousins Sammy and Raj discover a time-altering app, they attempt to fix every middle school problem that comes their way, which in turn causes a combination of chaos and comedy wherever they go. Then in "Chore Time," it's time for chores, but Sammy and Raj are distracted by the latest and greatest VR mobile game!
Nickelodeon International teamed up with Nickelodeon India, a part of Viacom18 that is a joint venture between Paramount Global (formally ViacomCBS) and Network18, to co-produce The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj. The new series marks the first collaboration between the top kids’ entertainment brand and the leading Indian kids’ category brand from India’s fastest growing entertainment network.
The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj was commissioned in September 2020, with animation and storyboards for the new 20 x 30-minute 2D animated series being developed in India, scripting in the U.S. and U.K., and casting being initiated in the U.S.
Chris Rose, VP, Animation, Nickelodeon International and Anu Sikka, Head Creative, Content & Research, Kids TV Network at Viacom18 are overseeing the project. The head writer of the series is Jordan Gershowitz.
“The popularity of international content is on the rise, and Nickelodeon is focused on meeting the rising demand for diverse, creative stories for a global audience. This groundbreaking partnership with Viacom18 goes beyond kids’ content, as we look to embrace greater diversity both on-screen and behind the camera,” said Jules Borkent, Executive Vice President, Kids & Family, ViacomCBS Networks International.
In Nickelodeon's original announcement for the show, Nina Hahn, the former Senior Vice President of International Production & Development at Nickelodeon International, stated: “In the creative world, geographic borders have diminished, as more content is drawn by the hands of global artists from every corner of the world. The idea for this series was developed in collaboration with the team in India as we sought a way to fuse western and eastern story telling elements. Indian culture is very much a part of this series’ DNA, and we are eager to share those elements with our global audience.”
Nina Elavia Jaipuria, Head of Hindi Mass Entertainment & Kids TV Network at Viacom18 said: “Over the years, Nickelodeon India has created successful local IPs and characters that kids love. This partnership with Nickelodeon International has gone beyond the border lines of creativity and stands testimony to the success of Nick India and Nick International in creating groundbreaking content. It further reinforces the capability of the Indian Animation Industry. We are happy to partner with Nickelodeon International for this show and look forward to working together in creating this series for kids across the world.”
Anu Sikka, Head Creative, Content & Research, Kids TV Network at Viacom18 said: “Kids imaginations and aspirations are universal and it’s this learning that has brought this show to life. The series will be showcasing stories that kids around the world will find relatable and engaging, hopefully opening up more opportunities for future collaboration. Our efforts are to make sure that kids get to experience the best of animation and that this show will stir their imagination and transport them into a new world of adventure.”
