‘It’s Pony’ Gallops to Biggest NickToon Launch in 2 Years

Nickelodeon’s latest animated series It’s Pony scored the network’s biggest animated series launch since 2018’s The Adventures of Kid Danger (Monday, Jan 15, at 7pm (ET/PT), posting solid double-digit gains over last year with Kids 2-11 (2.1/453K, up +24%) and Kids 6-11 (1.9/250K, +27%)!

The Saturday morning premiere (Jan. 18 at 11:30 a.m.) also drew 959,000 Total Viewers. And, the series ranked as TV’s #2 animated telecast for the week with Kids 2-11, behind only SpongeBob SquarePants.

It’s Pony is an original 2D-animated buddy comedy that follows the life of an average girl named Annie, her (almost) average family, and what happens when an enthusiastic, unpredictable and carefree talking pony comes to live with them in their city apartment.

The first animated comedy series to be greenlit for the U.S. from Nickelodeon International, It’s Pony is created by Ant Blades, based off a short of the same name from Nickelodeon’s 2015 International Animated Shorts Program.

It’s Pony will continue to air Saturdays on Nickelodeon and will roll out internationally beginning April 2020.

PAW Patrol Live 'The Great Pirate Adventure' to Set Sail to Maui, June 12-14

PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure,” comes to Maui’s Castle Theater at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Hawaii, June 12-14, 2020. Tickets go on sale today for MACC members, and to the general public on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020.

The heroic pups from the top-rated animated preschool series PAW Patrol, produced by Spin Master Entertainment, embark on a pirate-themed adventure to uncover hidden treasure during the hit live stage show.

The show by Nickelodeon and VStar Entertainment Group features an action-packed, music-filled production, presented by Pedigree.

There’s also shows planned at Oʻahu’s Blaisdell Concert Hall, June 19-28.

In PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure,” Mayor Goodway is getting everything shipshape for a big Pirate Day celebration in Adventure Bay. When Cap’n Turbot falls into a dark and mysterious cavern, it’s PAW Patrol to the rescue!

Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Skye, Rocky and Zuma save Cap’n Turbot and discover a secret pirate treasure map that leads them on an epic adventure. Things get ruff when Mayor Humdinger wants to find the treasure first for Foggy Bottom.

The pups need all paws on deck for this pirate adventure, including help from the newest pup who’s all ears…Tracker! Using their heroic rescue skills, problem solving and teamwork, the pups set sail to save the day. No job is too big, no pirate pup is too small!

To help accommodate young children, the Broadway-style performance includes two acts with a 15-minute intermission. The performance is interactive, encouraging audiences to learn pirate catchphrases, dance the pirate boogie and help the pups follow the treasure map and solve picture puzzles throughout their mission.

Egmont Polska Launches 'Top Wing' Magazine in Poland

Poland - Egmont Polska has launched Top Wing, a brand-new bimonthly magazine for preschoolers based on Nickelodeon's top-rated CG-animated preschool series of the same name!

In each issue of Top Wing Ptasia Akademia, readers will be able to read new stories featuring Swift, Penny, Rod and Brody, best friend rescue birds who are training to earn their wings at the Top Wing Academy on Big Swirl Island. With the help of their mentor Speedy, and unique turbo-charged vehicles and high-tech gadgets, the cadets are assigned different missions to sharpen their rescue skills and help those in need while learning valuable lessons along the way, as well as

Each issue will also feature specially designed tasks, puzzles and games which aim to help your children acquire new skills, such as recognising letters, shapes and numbers. Each exercise will also help develop a child's creativity and imagination.

Each 32-page issue will come with posters and toys related to the series. Issue 1 will be accompanied by a figure with a stamp featuring Cadet Swift.

The price of each issue is 10,99 zł.

Top Wing is targeted towards girls and boys aged 2-5 years. The magazine's editor-in-chief is Joanna Szabunio, and is published under license from Nickelodeon.

The launch of Top Wing magazine will be accompanied by an advertising campaign, which includes broadcast TV spots, communication on social media and Egmont's own media. In addition to Top Wing magazine, Egmont Polska also publishes Top Wing books based on the series.

The news follows Egmont publishing a Top Wing-themed issue of Showcase Magazine in April 2019.

Sabrina and Harvey Back Together Again as Melissa Joan Hart Hosts Epic 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' Reunion

90s kids know that true love doesn’t get any purer than that of Sabrina Spellman and Harvey Kinkle.

So anybody who watched Sabrina The Teenage Witch religiously on Nickelodeon will surely sqeal over this reunion pic!

Melissa Joan Hart, aka Sabrina, reunited with two of her on-screen love interests and her alter ego’s college roommate for the ultimate magical meal, as she enjoyed a night out with Nate Richert (Harvey), David Lascher (Josh) and Elisa Donovan (Morgan).

Melissa shared the adorable picture to Instagram, which showed her beaming away in between Elisa, and David, while her true love Harvey – I mean Nate, completed the group. The actor wrote: "TV dinner!!", adding the hashtags #catchingup, #harveylovessabrina, #joshlovesmorgan and #shakeyourwhammyfannyfunkysongfunkysong. Side note – what a tune.

Melissa also posted an Instagram Story, filming her friends walking and announcing it was a ‘Sabrina reunion’.

It seems that the actors had visited Melissa in Burbank, California, with Elisa dropping by the Warner Brothers Studios lot where her friend was directing an episode of The Big Bang Theory spin-off Young Sheldon.

The foursome’s characters had some very tangled love lives – Sabrina dated Harvey in high school before later falling for Josh, while Josh also dated Morgan… and Morgan dated Harvey in college. Yup, it’s confusing.

But it was Harvey and Sabrina who ended up together, with Sabrina’s high school sweetheart arriving at the chapel on her wedding day to Aaron (Dylan Neal) at 12.36pm – the time they first met – to steal her back. As for Josh, he leaves for Prague to follow his dreams as a photographer when Sabrina sacrificed her love life to save her aunt Hilda (Caroline Rhea, Bruno and Boots), while Morgan moved in with Sabrina and Roxie (Soleil Moon Frye, Punky Brewster) after college. Sabrina The Teenage Witch started back in 1996 and ran for seven seasons until 2003, with the show tracking the titular sorceress from discovering her powers on her 16th birthday through to her wedding day.

Melissa has stayed in acting, starring in the hit sitcom Melissa and Joey, and more recently, voicing a character on Nickelodeon's The Casagrandes, while Elisa – also known for her role as Amber in Clueless – has starred in numerous TV films. However, both Nate and David left acting after Sabrina – although David did star in an episode of Melissa and Joey in 2014.

The reunion follows Melissa recently reuniting with Salem Saberhagen from Sabrina for a political sketch on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

There was talk about Melissa reprising her breakout role of Clarissa Darling in a Clarissa Explains It All revival, however, Nickelodeon has now decided against the reboot.
