Super! Italy to Premiere 'A Loud House Christmas' on December 19

Update (14/12/22) - Super!, the free-to-air (FTA) Italian kids’ channel from Paramount Global Italia, will premiere A Loud House Christmas (Natale a casa dei Loud) on Monday 19th December 2022 at 19:05! Leading up to the movie's debut, Super! will premiere a new episode of The Loud House (A Casa Dei Loud) the same day at 17:40.

Nickelodeon’s The Loud House is getting real in A Loud House Christmas, an original live-action holiday TV movie based on the Emmy Award-winning animated series. In the two-hour feature-length TV movie, Lincoln Loud (Wolfgang Schaeffer) realises his family may be apart for Christmas and enlists the help of his best friend, Clyde McBride (Jahzir Bruno), to ensure that the entire Loud family celebrate the holidays together. Locally titled Natale a casa dei Loud, the movie will premiere on Nickelodeon Italy (Italia) on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at 20:00.

A Loud House Christmas brings the town of Royal Woods to life for the holidays and follows Lincoln Loud as he gears up for the ultimate Christmas, until he finds out that most of his sisters have plans to be elsewhere for the big day. Determined to remind his family that they all need to be together, Lincoln and his best friend Clyde McBride embark on a mission to preserve the family’s holiday traditions.

Playing the real-life versions of the beloved Loud family are Brian Stepanek (Lynn Loud Sr.), Muretta Moss (Rita Loud), Lexi DiBenedetto (Lori Loud), Dora Dolphin (Leni Loud), Sophia Woodward (Luna Loud), Catherine Ashmore Bradley (Luan Loud), Morgan McGill (Lynn Loud), Aubin Bradley (Lucy Loud), Ella Allan (Lola Loud), Mia Allan (Lana Loud), Lexi Janicek (Lisa Loud) and Charlotte Ann Tucker (Lily Loud).


A Loud House Christmas is written by Liz Maccie (Make It or Break It) and directed by Jonathan Judge (All That, Punky Brewster, The Thundermans), who also serves as executive producer. Michael Rubiner (The Loud House) and Matt Bierman (Christmas with the Darlings) serve as executive producers. Darlene Caamaño Loquet serves as producer. Production of A Loud House Christmas for Nickelodeon is overseen by Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin, Co-Heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action. Jessica Brown serves as Nickelodeon’s Executive in Charge of Production.

A Loud House Christmas made its world premiere on Nickelodeon in the U.S. on Friday, Nov. 26, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT), and is also available to stream on Paramount+, the streaming service from ViacomCBS.

The Loud House (locally titled A Casa Dei Loud) debuted on Nickelodeon in May 2016 and centres on 11-year-old Lincoln Loud and his 10 sisters as he gives an inside look at what it takes to survive the chaos of a huge family. As one of the longest-running animated series on Nickelodeon with 156 episodes, the property has also been translated into: a comic book series, which continues to roll out new stories; chapter books; a digital album; and a podcast, Listen Out Loud. Il film 'Natale a casa dei Loud' arriva su Nickelodeon

Primo film con Lincoln Loud e le sue dieci sorelle 'reali', interpretati da veri attori in carne e ossa.

In attesa del Natale, su Nickelodeon arriva "Natale a casa dei Loud", il film tratto dalla serie animata "A casa dei Loud" che vede per la prima volta Lincoln Loud e le sue dieci sorelle diventare "reali" ed essere interpretati da veri attori in carne e ossa.

Il lungometraggio, della durata di un'ora circa, segue Lincoln (Wolfgang Schaeffer) mentre si prepara per il Natale più bello di sempre, finché non scopre che la maggior parte delle sue sorelle ha in programma di essere altrove per il grande giorno. Determinato a ricordare alla sua famiglia che devono stare tutti insieme, Lincoln e il suo migliore amico Clyde McBride (Jahzir Bruno) intraprendono una mitica missione per preservare le tradizioni natalizie della famiglia Loud.

L'appuntamento con la prima visione assoluta in Italia del film "Natale a casa dei Loud" è per mercoledì 22 Dicembre alle 20:00 su Nickelodeon, in onda su Sky alla numerazione 605 e in streaming su NOW.

Exclusive‘Snow Day’ Actress Shelby Simmons Gets Real About Filming Romantic Scenes With Costar Ky Baldwin

Get ready for a snow down! The musical reboot of 2000 classic Snow Day premieres on both Nickelodeon and Paramount+ on December 16, 2022, and you don’t want to miss it! J-14 exclusively sat down with Shelby Simmons, who plays Claire in the musical reimagining of the original movie starring Chevy Chase and Josh Peck, where she discussed working on a musical for the first time and filming *those* romantic scenes with Snow Day costar Ky Baldwin.

Shelby Simmons On Filming Romantic Scenes With Ky Baldwin

ICYMI, Shelby’s character of Claire is the main love interest of Hal (played by Ky Baldwin) and one of the driving forces of the movie. In order to help Hal express his feelings for Claire, his sister Natalie (played by Michaela Russell) decides she must challenge the town’s cranky snowplow man (played by Jerry Trainor) to pull off the task of creating a second snow day.

And how was it for Shelby to film those romantic scenes with her Snow Day costar?

“I don’t know if it was ever awkward,” Shelby said, admitting that “it’s impossible” not to like Ky — and she’d “pay money” to see anyone try! “He’s just so sweet,” she gushed. “And he’s so kind and he’s so open to new experiences. I mean, honestly, if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have gone on half the adventures that I went on.”

Shelby revealed that thanks to Ky’s planning, the Snow Day cast went on loads of “adventures” while filming in Canada — which made shooting those intimate scenes even easier.

“When it came to those more intimate scenes, because they were one of the last things we [filmed], I had already built up a bond [with Ky],” she explained. “So being able to have an intimate, romantic scene with him, and especially because Claire’s feelings for him were not too far past mine. She gets to know him a little bit throughout the film, but when they come together, it’s very much an unknown. So, the feelings that I had for him already were super helpful in lessening that awkwardness in the situation.”

“And I really enjoyed the tenderness of the moment really,” she added. “It was a really sweet scene, one of my favorites in the auditioning process.”

Shelby Simmons on Working on a Musical

“I have never been in any musicals or singing in anything,” Shelby, who you might recognize from Disney+’s Stargirl and Nickelodeon’s Henry Danger, exclusively told J-14 in December 2022. “So when I got the role, I was like, ‘Oh wow, OK, cool.’ I actually prepped a month before we even got to Canada.”

Described as “a musical reimagining of the beloved comedy classic film,” Snow Day follows a group of kids who are determined to achieve their dreams when their school closes for a snow day, with musical numbers added throughout.

Shelby’s musical inexperience didn’t stop her from showing up for those singing and dancing numbers, though. The Nickelodeon star took both singing and dancing lessons prior to filming, determined not to stand out compared to her other costars who had backgrounds in Broadway and musical theatre.

“So I was like, ‘OK, I am not going to be that one person that you noticed in the dances that just is not as good as everybody else,'” she recalled. “I put a lot of work into it and I’m very proud.”

Snow Day premieres on December 16 at 7 p.m. on Nickelodeon, with streaming available on Paramount+ the same day.

A charming romantic comedy, AT MIDNIGHT centers around Alejandro (Diego Boneta, “Father of the Bride”), an ambitious hotel manager, and Sophie (Monica Barbaro, TOP GUN: MAVERICK), a movie star navigating the politics of Hollywood. He’s focused on opening his own boutique hotel.
