Rise of the TMNT | 'Shadow of Evil' Trailer | New Special | Nickelodeon

Has Baron Draxum (John Cena) joined forces with the Foot Clan? Has Splinter (Eric Bauza) turned against his own sons? And will the ultimate foe be reborn? Find out in the brand-new Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 30-minute special, "Shadow of Evil", premiering Saturday, April 20 at 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT) as part of "Total Turtles Fandemonium", only on Nickelodeon USA! COWABUNGA! Boy, the episode looks like it'll be a bad guy convention!


In the all-new Rise of the TMNT special "Shadow of Evil" (#116), as the Turtles try to lure Baron Draxum out, Splinter tries to get to the bottom of odd goings-on at April's (Kat Graham) new job.

Catch Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles daily at 3 p.m. ET/PT through Friday, April 12, followed by the ultimate TMNT weekend, only on Nick and Nicktoons!

Update (28/10) - Storyborder Kevin Molina-Ortiz has unveiled the original ending he had planned for the Rise of the TMNT special "Shadow of Evil"!:



This was the original ending idea I had for the TMNT episode: Shadow of Evil. I had storyboarded it to a Bloodborne song called Omen that really captured the ominous feeling I was going for. I went through and added the soundFX myself, so if the levels are weird I apologize haha.

It goes without saying that I don't own the song, but this is strictly for portfolio review.
