From IGN:

Mighty Morphin Red Ranger Jason Returns for Power Rangers Beast Morphers Crossover

It's Morphin time!

In the final part of the Power Rangers Beast Morphers crossover, "Grid Connection," original Mighty Morphin Red Power Ranger Jason Lee Scott (Austin St. John) returns to the franchise for the first time since the epic Red Ranger team-up episode of Wild Force, "Forever Red," back in 2002.
IGN has an exclusive sneak peek at Jason's return, which you can watch in the player above or below, as he and the other Mighty Morphin Rangers join the Rangers from Beast Morphers, Dino Charge, and Dino Thunder to tackle the newest member of Evox’s team, Goldar Maximus.

In addition to St. John's return, the episode also brings back Brennan Mejia (aka Tyler Navarro, the Dino Charge Red Ranger) James Davies (Chase Randall, the Dino Charge Black Ranger), Yoshi Sudarso (Koda, the Dino Charge Blue Ranger) and Davi Santos (Sir Ivan of Zandar, the Dino Charge Gold Ranger), who also guest-starred in Part 1 of the Beast Morphers crossover. (The other Rangers from seasons past only appear morphed in costume, rather than bringing back additional cast members.)

Austin St. John was part of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast when the series debuted in 1993, starring alongside Amy Jo Johnson (Pink Ranger Kimberly), Walter Emanuel Jones (Black Ranger Zack), Thuy Trang (Yellow Ranger Trini), and David Yost (Blue Ranger Billy), who were later joined by Jason David Frank (Green Ranger - and later White Ranger - Tommy). St. John left the series in Season 2 alongside Jones and Trang over a contract dispute, but later reprised his role as Jason several times - appearing as the Gold Ranger in Power Rangers Zeo, cameoing in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie alongside Johnson, and returning for the aforementioned Red Ranger team-up, "Forever Red."

In other Ranger news, Hasbro and eOne have tapped The End Of The F***ing World creator Jonathan Entwistle to develop a new interconnected Power Rangers franchise of TV shows and movies that are described as "non-kid" projects that will target a wider audience and be separate from the ongoing TV series. As IGN exclusively revealed, Nickelodeon's next season of Power Rangers will be titled Dino Fury, premiering in 2021. Plus, check out what's ahead for BOOM! Studios' Power Rangers comics, including the debut of a new Green Ranger, when the series relaunches in November.

Power Rangers Beast Morphers airs Saturdays at 8am ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

Power Rangers: Original Red Ranger Leads The Team in New Crossover Clip

After all this time the heavily anticipated Power Rangers Beast Morphers team-up episode is finally here, as Grid Connection airs on Nickelodeon tomorrow morning. If you weren't already hyped for the big crossover between the Beast Morphers, Dino Charge, and Mighty Morphin Rangers, a new teaser clip from the episode might just be the thing to send you over the edge. in the clip we see Goldar Maximus and his army taking the battlefield, but the original Red Ranger himself Jason gets in his face and shows him what a real army looks like.

As you can see in the clip below, Jason says that's not an army and then flips his Power Coin in the air. After it comes down two portals open up and the original Mighty Morphin team jumps through one and the Dino Thunder team jumps through the other.

Together with the Dino Charge Rangers they all morph and prepare for battle, and it's a pretty epic scene. You can check out the full clip in the video above.
