The exchange offer, which was scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Thursday 18th July 2013, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday 19th July 2013, unless further extended.
As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Wednesday 17th July 2013, approximately $980,725,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Old Debentures had been validly tendered and not withdrawn. Except for the extension of the expiration date, the terms of the exchange offer remain as set forth in the prospectus dated Thursday 20th June 2013. Nickelodeon To Show The Entire First Episode From Second Season Of "The Legend of Korra", "Book Two: Spirits", At San Diego Comic-Con International 2013
The Nickelodeon Animation Studio has just announced the EPIC breaking Nickelodeon News in a post of NAS's official Tumblr blog that, to celebrate Nick USA starting to premiere and show episodes from the brand new season of Nickelodeon's original animated series (Nicktoon) "The Legend of Korra", called "Book Two: Spirits", later this year (2013), Nickelodeon will be giving a very special screening of the entire, long-awaited first episode of Book 2 as part of Nick's "The Legend of Korra" panel at this years San Diego Comic-Con International (SDCC) event, San Diego Comic-Con International 2013, which will take place on Friday 19th July 2013 from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. in Ballroom 20!

"Matthew, Pete and Eric have consistently helped to reinvent the Nick brand over the years; from the development of a full service in-house creative agency, to exquisite brand designs and stellar branded content,” said Anne Mullen, Executive Vice President, Creative Strategy, Nickelodeon Group. “With their creative instincts and strong relationships in the business, I am confident that these visionaries will lead theirteams and Nickelodeon to the next level of innovation."
As Senior Vice President, Brand Design, Nickelodeon Group, Matthew Duntemann is responsible for how the Nickelodeon brand is expressed visually across all platforms; off-air, on-air, digital. Additionally, Duntemann oversees the visual design of the digital networks; Nicktoons, TeenNick, Nick Jr. and Nick at Nite and brand-centric initiatives like the Kids Choice Awards and The Big Help.
Pete Johnson is responsible for creating advertising, integrated marketing and branded content for all of the Nickelodeon networks; Nick, Nick Jr., Nick at Nite, TeenNick, and NickMom. As Creative Director, Johnson will oversee a team of producers, art directors, copywriters and production assistants, who are responsible for developing work with the unique Nick voice, including television advertising, print, digital and outdoor content.
In his new role as Senior Vice President of Creative Operations, Nickelodeon Group, Eric Squires is responsible for day-to-day creative operations; including on-air promos, brand and partner advertising, brand design, event and corporate creative, press art and photography and digital advertising. Squires will be accountable for providing the appropriate operational structure, process, project management and communication to allow all creative teams to create best in class campaigns and allow for successful multi-team, cross department collaboration.
Formerly Vice President, Creative Director, Design, Nickelodeon Group, Matthew Duntemann shepherded the on-air branding of Nick, Nick Jr., and Nick at Nite under the "ONE BRAND" project umbrella including the creation of Nickelodeon's new logo system in 2009. Duntemann joined Nickelodeon in 1998 and, over the past 15 years, has developed on-air and off-air creative for Nick, Nick
Jr., Nick at Nite, TeenNick and their respective websites. Duntemann has won numerous BDA, Promax, Emmy, Art directors Club, and One Show awards. Johnson has won numerous BDA, Promax, ANNIE and New York Festival awards. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the College of William & Mary.
Eric Squires joined Nickelodeon in 1999 as a project coordinator and has held several roles within the organization. Squires previously served as Vice President, Creative Operations and Project Management, where he was responsible for the communication, organization and project supervision of Nickelodeon's full service in-house creative group that generates all creative work to support the network and all lines of business. Squires earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Ithaca College.

Matthew Duntemann Named Senior Vice President, Brand Design, Nickelodeon Group; Pete Johnson Named Senior Vice President, Creative Advertising, Nickelodeon Group; Eric Squires Named Senior Vice President, Creative Operations, Nickelodeon Group
NEW YORK – July 16, 2013 – Nickelodeon announces the promotion of three executives on the creative and operations teams: Matthew Duntemann has been named Senior Vice President of Brand Design, Nickelodeon Group, Pete Johnson has been named Senior Vice President of Creative Advertising, Nickelodeon Group and Eric Squires has been named Senior Vice President of Creative Operations, Nickelodeon Group. The announcement was made today by Anne Mullen, Executive Vice President, Creative Strategy, Nickelodeon Group, to whom they report.

As Senior Vice President, Brand Design, Nickelodeon Group, Matthew Duntemann is responsible for how the Nickelodeon brand is expressed visually across all platforms; off-air, on-air, digital. Additionally, Duntemann oversees the visual design of the digital networks; Nicktoons, TeenNick, Nick Jr. and Nick at Nite and brand-centric initiatives like the Kids Choice Awards and The Big Help.
Pete Johnson is responsible for creating advertising, integrated marketing and branded content for all of the Nickelodeon networks; Nick, Nick Jr., Nick at Nite, TeenNick, and NickMom. As Creative Director, Johnson will oversee a team of producers, art directors, copywriters and production assistants, who are responsible for developing work with the unique Nick voice, including television advertising, print, digital and outdoor content.
In his new role as Senior Vice President of Creative Operations, Nickelodeon Group, Eric Squires is responsible for day-to-day creative operations; including on-air promos, brand and partner advertising, brand design, event and corporate creative, press art and photography and digital advertising. Squires will be accountable for providing the appropriate operational structure, process, project management and communication to allow all creative teams to create best in class campaigns and allow for successful multi-team, cross department collaboration.
Formerly Vice President, Creative Director, Design, Nickelodeon Group, Matthew Duntemann shepherded the on-air branding of Nick, Nick Jr., and Nick at Nite under the "ONE BRAND" project umbrella including the creation of Nickelodeon's new logo system in 2009. Duntemann joined Nickelodeon in 1998 and, over the past 15 years, has developed on-air and off-air creative for Nick, Nick
Jr., Nick at Nite, TeenNick and their respective websites. Duntemann has won numerous BDA, Promax, Emmy, Art directors Club, and One Show awards. Before Nickelodeon, Duntemann held several director and designer roles at Channel V/Star TV (Hong Kong), CBS News, and KPIX/Channel 5 in San Francisco, among others. Duntemann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Columbia
College.
Pete Johnson most recently served as Vice President, Creative Director, Nickelodeon Group, where he reinvented the creative advertising team and transformed it into a full service in-house agency for Nickelodeon and its advertising partners. Johnson managed the development of integrated marketing and custom commercials for all Nickelodeon networks and external clients such as Target, Walmart, Toyota, Volkswagon and Dell.
