Fright Lights Halloween Spectacular

October 5 – October 31 | Nightly at Park Close, Plus Friday & Saturday at 8 p.m.
Come together for a Nightly Fright Lights show in celebration of the most spooky and fun holiday – Halloween! This nightly light show has been taken over by a funky witch who can command the lights and music to groove, and people to move all in the name of some spooky Halloween fun! Plus every Friday and Saturday night Halloween dancers will be performing during the shows.
Shock + Ride Halloween Dance Party

Join Team Nick as we boogie down to your favorite spooky Halloween hits. Shock + Ride will include Nickelodeon® character appearances, giveaways and more.
Fog Chute

For a limited time, the Log Chute will be transformed into a haunted Fog Chute. Jack-O-Lanterns will light the way as you journey through the mill.
Double Dare Challenge: Double Scare Edition

On your mark, get set, BOO! It’s time for Double Dare Challenge: Double Scare Edition at Nickelodeon Universe. Answer trivia, tackle physical challenges, navigate the super sloppy and spooktacular Double Dare obstacle course and get Slimed! Goblins and ghouls, get in the game…if you dare!
Slime Making with Mad Science

Come out to Nickelodeon Universe October 13 & 14 to make green slime with us and Mad Science at the Blue Spot.
Live Pumpkin Carvers

Watch and ask questions as our local sculptors carve your favorite Nickelodeon Characters out of real pumpkins.
Amateur Pumpkin Carving Contest

Cheer on local pumpkin carvers on Saturday, October 20 as they compete for the title of Nickelodeon Universe Amateur Pumpkin Carving Champion.
Treat Trail

Call all ghouls and goblins, monsters and witches, come out to Nickelodeon Boo-niverse October 26 & 27 to show off your ghostly attire. Check in at the Blue Spot to get your treat bag and visit designated treat locations around the Park to get some sweet treat! Must purchase a Nickelodeon Universe Wristband to participate. Limited to the first 200 participants. While supplies last.
Howl-O-Ween Mall-wide Trick or Treating
Rotunda
October 31, 5 – 8 p.m.
Come dressed in your All Hallow’s Eve best as you scour the Mall for sweet treats at participating retailers. Pick up your treat bag and map in the Rotunda.

Update (10/8): FlyOver Halloween. Broomelda the witch is back and is ready to take you on a spellbinding journey at FlyOver America in the Mall of America’s Nickelodeon Universe. Aspiring witches and wizards will take part in the Haunted Witches Academy, where graduating is easy … just survive! Come in costume, watch the pre-show, go on the flight ride, and earn your Witch Academy diploma. 10 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Every day through Oct. 31; $14.95 for children and $18.95 for adults; FlyOver America, 5120 Center Court, Mall of America, Bloomington; 952-853-6000; flyover-america.com.
