From preschool favorites like CoComelon Lane and Peppa Pig, to trusted voices in early childhood education including Mark Rober, Ms. Rachel and Danny Go! audiences are continuing to press play on stories that encourage curiosity and learning.

There's even more to look forward to! Below, dive into an all-new lineup of family-friendly shows, games, and experiences coming soon and read more at Tudum.com.

New Stories Coming to Netflix

Hosted by Laila Lockhart Kraner (as Gabby) and inspired by the global hit show Gabby's Dollhouse, the Untitled Gabby's Dollhouse Competition Series follows talented young baker-and-maker duos as they compete in whimsical baking and crafting challenges inspired by the magical world of Gabby. Four holiday-themed episodes will arrive later this year, along with new episodes in 2027.

In addition to the new series, Gabby and the Gabby Cats return on September 14 for Season 14 of Gabby's Dollhouse, which was the No. 4 series on Netflix in the second half of 2025 with roughly 108 million views.

"Since Gabby's Dollhouse first premiered on Netflix in 2021, a world of creativity and imagination has exploded for our young audience and it only continues to grow" said co-creators Jennifer Twomey and Traci Paige Johnson. "We've been so lucky to continue playing and creating in the Dollhouse, with a fourteenth season coming to Netflix, and now a competition series that brings play to life in a new way."

Return to the neighborhood with Elmo and friends! Today, we're excited to bring the official Sesame Street collection to Netflix, with more than 100 beloved episodes and specials from the library alongside the latest Season 56 episodes, including the recently released Volume 3. And there's more to look forward to - this July, over 20 additional library episodes, including Sesame Street Classics and My Sesame Street Friends: My Abby Season 2, will be added, giving families even more ways to enjoy their favorite friends from Sesame Street.

We also have an exciting lineup of fan-favorite characters to love with the premiere of Dr. Seuss's Red Fish, Blue Fish Season 3 on August 10, a preschool comedy which follows the adventures of an odd couple of fish friends as they explore and introduce opposite concepts; followed by Sheriff Labrador Season 2 on August 31 delivering more playful fun helping children learn safety tips, healthy habits, kindness, and curiosity at home, outdoors, on the road, and beyond.

And that's not all! Starting today, for the first time, families can stream episodes of the award-winning Bedtime Stories with Netflix Jr. from Netflix, featuring soothing stories from beloved worlds including StoryBots, Trash Truck, The Creature Cases, Gabby's Dollhouse, and Dr. Seuss to help little ones relax and drift off to sleep. With more than 16 million downloads to date across podcast platforms and Netflix Jr. YouTube, the series (which is backed by real sleep science) has become a go-to part of bedtime routines.

New Games Coming to Netflix Playground

Netflix Playground, an app for games designed especially for children ages 8 and under, is expanding its library of games featuring cherished characters and worlds from Peppa Pig to Bad Dinosaurs. Included with every Netflix membership, the app encourages learning through play with activities designed to spark curiosity and exploration. With no in-app purchases or extra fees, and offline access for travel, it's built to make playtime easy for kids and parents alike. Netflix Playground has been in Netflix's Top 10 most played mobile games every week since launch.

Later this year, Netflix Playground will roll out new games including PJ Masks: Save the Night, My Very Hungry Caterpillar, and more from the world of My Little Pony, PAW Patrol, Trash Truck, and more Sesame Street. In addition, a brand-new collection of six KPop Demon Hunters minigames are now available - the world of HUNTR/X awaits!

Long Live Imagination Hopscotch Experience

Over the weekend, as part of the Long Live Imagination campaign, a whimsical hopscotch experience took over Madison Square Park in New York City. For three days, a giant hopscotch path wound through the park's walkways, leading visitors to the playground. Open to all ages and free to the public, the activation turned the park into an imaginative play space, encouraging families to get outside, move, and connect through an outdoor adventure.

The activation will make its next stop at Netflix House Philadelphia at the King of Prussia mall from June 27 through July 5, and Netflix House Dallas at the Galleria Dallas mall from July 13-19.

Plus, Netflix House has more "Little Streamers" programming for kids and families this summer, including character meet-and-greets (find CoComelon Lane's JJ at Philadelphia's King of Prussia mall on June 27-28 and Galleria Dallas mall on June 18-19, and Sesame Street's Elmo at Galleria Dallas on June 18-19), a passport activity guide, and more arts and crafts events on the way.

Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell are going mobile.

The duo have expanded their “Kenan & Kel Universe” with the launch of Orange Pop!, a free-to-play mobile game available now on the App Store and Google Play. The game marks the latest in an expansion across gaming, film, publishing and lifestyle ventures, joining a growing slate of projects that also includes the previously announced film Kenan & Kel Meet Frankenstein, a new comic book series, a lifestyle collection and more.

Orange Pop! is a free match-3 puzzle game featuring original voice performances from Thompson and Mitchell. Unlike traditional match-3 games, Orange Pop! allows players to experience exclusive reactions, jokes and commentary from Thompson and Mitchell as they progress through levels.

To celebrate the launch of Orange Pop!, Staple Games will donate $1 for every download during the game’s first 24 hours, up to $100,000, benefiting the Kenan Thompson Family Foundation and the National College Resources Foundation.

The game launch comes more than three decades after Thompson and Mitchell first broke out with their hit Nickelodeon sitcom Kenan & Kel, following finding success on All That.

“Kel and I have spent our careers creating things that bring people together through laughter, and Orange Pop! is another way to do that,” Thompson said. “This isn’t just putting our names on a game. We wanted to create something that captures the energy, humor and friendship people have connected with for years while also building something new for the next generation of fans.”

Added Mitchell: “Orange soda has always been part of the story, so bringing that spirit into a game just felt right. Orange Pop! is fun, colorful and captures the spirit that’s always been part of Kenan & Kel. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re discovering us for the first time, we hope people have a blast playing it.”

Orange Pop! is produced by Artists for Artists, the independent studio co-founded by Thompson and John Ryan Jr., in partnership with Range Games, a division of Range Media Partners. The game is executive produced by Thompson, Mitchell and John Ryan Jr. for AFA; and Ben Jones, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Christian Franck (associate producer) for Range Games. It is developed and published by Staple Games.

"Working with Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell was an absolute blast" said Staple Games. "Their energy, comedic timing, and genuine love for games brought something special to every step of development. Seeing it launched on the Today Show was quite surreal."

Also on their slate is Kenan & Kel Meet Frankenstein, which is in development through Artists for Artists and Range, and a comic book series, Kenan & Kel Meet Zombies (working title), which is in development and being published by Range Comics. Additional projects slated for late 2026 include a lifestyle collection developed in collaboration with designer Sean Wotherspoon.

Orange Pop! is the first major step in expanding the Kenan & Kel universe across gaming, film, publishing and consumer products,” Ryan said. “At Artists for Artists, we’re focused on building enduring creator-led franchises, and this launch is just the beginning of what’s ahead.”

Noggin Primes For Relaunch with Big, Ambitious Plans Under New Ownership

The platform will be reborn as a virtual world that introduces kids to new hobbies through games, licensed videos and IRL experiences.

Chess | Nogginville | Noggin 2.0

Noggin, Paramount Global’s kid-friendly interactive Subscription Video-on-Demand (SVOD) service that boasted more than two million lifetime subscribers before it was shuttered in July 2024, is coming back as an independent gaming/streaming app—and the company behind it has a multi-staged roadmap for growth, Kidscreen is reporting.

CEO Kristen Kane, who ran Noggin previously, has been quietly raising capital from private investors—a process that’s still ongoing—to set up the new platform for a beta soft-launch next Tuesday.

It’s important to note that Noggin 2.0 (technically 3.0, as before the app, the Noggin brand was used for Nickelodeon's preschool channel in partnership with Sesame Workshop) is completely independent. Paramount signed over all brand assets (including the name and underpinning technology) to Kane’s company last fall, and a core team was assembled roughly six months ago.

The platform they’ve developed since is intended for kids ages five to 12—a slightly older demo than the original’s preschool target. By aging up, new Noggin hopes to reach Gen Alphas who are eager to discover and explore their passions, says Kane.

The plan is for the app to grow in three phases. First, it’s launching a virtual city that’s essentially a rebuilt version of Nogginville, an explorable map that was introduced in the old app shortly before Paramount shut it down. As kids check out this rebooted world, they’ll be able to play minigames tied to hobbies such as cooking, chess (pictured at top), building and fashion.

A look at Noggin’s new virtual world. It will have mini-games where kids can explore and develop their passions, says Kristen Kane
A look at Noggin’s new virtual world. It will have mini-games where kids can explore and develop their passions, says Kristen Kane. Image courtesy of Noggin.

Then for its second phase, Noggin plans to roll out a streamer that licenses—and eventually commissions—series connected to some of these hobbies. Out of the gate, the company is looking to ink acquisition deals with digital-first creators who make niche content from cooking to fashion to music and more, says Kane.

Spanning both existing episodes and a few originals, these licenses are being negotiated and signed now as Noggin works on building out its content library. Kane expects to start announcing partnerships in the coming months, and the app will host a mix of short-form and long-form content. She adds that eventually the plan is to get back into developing original content, just like the old Noggin did.

New Noggin’s gaming and streaming features will be free at the outset, with a paywall to come once an audience is established, says Kane. And longer term, the team also plans to monetize the app through advertising and in-app purchasing.

Finally, in phase three, the Noggin team plans to create live location-based experiences tied to the app’s content. This could take the form of a Noggin-branded baking club, for example, where kids can use what they’ve learned from the games and content on the app in real life. They would presumably bring siblings and friends with them to share their passion in fun, educational settings. The Noggin team imagines a sort of clubhouse that could include a test kitchen, a garage for shop projects and a music studio.

Noggin would monetize these in-person models through membership fees, as well as opportunities to sell products on site, Kane notes. “We want Noggin to come to a town near you. It’s mostly like a place where kids can be with other kids on their own—supervised, safe, just doing their thing.”

Eventually, the plan is for all of these pieces to work together as an ecosystem where kids play games that stoke their passions, watch aspirational content that encourages them to try out new hobbies themselves, and then go out and do these things with other kids, she says.

The minigames in the app will have a level of realism that teaches kids how to build real skills, Kane says. “So it’s not like, poof, the cake is made. It’s going through [the process] step by step by step, and hopefully saying, ‘I could totally do this’.”

The team will add multiplayer functionality to the app soon, and at some point they plan to let young users become creators themselves. For example, kids might design products in the fashion minigame that Noggin could then ship to them, Kane notes. “It’s about finding your thing and doing it,” she says. “It’s really about obsession. We want to help them with their obsessions and just make them more real.”

From C21 Media:

Kids streamer NogginTV relaunches to counter algorithmic-driven feeds

Noggin was recently acquired by AI company Hello Wonder.

Noggin, the relaunched streaming company that was shuttered by former parent company Paramount last year, has introduced a new service designed to turn children’s screen-time interests into real-life pursuits.

Both free to use and ad-free, NogginTV offers a guided, interest-based streaming experience that seeks to move “beyond passive media consumption,” according to the company, which relaunched earlier this year.

It features a growing library of over 1,500 hours of human-curated, creator-led video content at launch.

Channels include Bake Club for baking, Order of the Rook for chess and strategy games, Threads for fashion design, League of Builders for building and DIY, Limelight for theatre and film, Music Lab for music making and The Last Scouts for nature and wildlife.

By pairing creator-led content with hands-on human curation, NogginTV “transforms internet culture into a trusted space where kids can explore interests without being exposed to inappropriate media or algorithmic-driven feeds,” the company said.

Inspired by the classic MTV video jockey model, NogginTV features hosts who guide kids through videos, share personal stories and build a sense of connection that on-demand platforms have “largely lost,” it added.

Noggin, which originally started as a joint venture between Paramount-owned Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop in the late 1990s, was shut down by Paramount last year to cut costs. It was brought back by its former CEO, Kristen Kane, and recently acquired AI company Hello Wonder.

Kane, CEO of Noggin, said: “Noggin exists to help kids figure out what lights them up and who they want to become. NogginTV is where that journey begins, helping kids find their spark, imagine what they can build, make or master, and feel inspired to go beyond the screen and take the next step.”

Sean Farrell, Noggin’s chief experience officer, highlighted the unmet need NogginTV is designed to address.

“There’s very little media being intentionally built for tweens, kids who are growing out of early childhood content but aren’t ready for the open internet. NogginTV fills that gap by offering a guided, interest-driven experience that respects their independence while still prioritising safety.”

“To take such an iconic character as Peppa Pig and combine her with the world’s most iconic bricks has been an absolute privilege for StoryToys,” said Emmet O’Neill, CEO of StoryToys. “We have worked together with Hasbro and The Lego Group to create a magical experience for kids, breathing life into the characters in new and fun ways to inspire children all over the world to play.”

Michaela Edgerley Šťovíček, head of Product, Lego Pre-School, The Lego Group, added: “We’re extremely happy about the partnership with StoryToys and Hasbro, as bringing the physical building experience of Lego Duplo Peppa Pig into the digital world creates an additional layer to the play experiences for toddlers all around the world. We’ve thoroughly designed this experience to allow learning and playing to go hand in hand as toddlers create, imagine, explore and have fun.”

“Storytelling has been such an integral part of Peppa Pig for 20 years, teaching the values of confidence, friendship and individuality to pre-schoolers along the way,” said Esra Cafer, senior vice president, Global Brand Strategy & Management, Pre-School & Fashion at Hasbro. “We’re extending Peppa’s positive brand ethos into unique and highly engaging brand experiences thanks to innovative and creative partners like StoryToys and The Lego Group. With the Lego Duplo Peppa Pig app, kids and families everywhere can engage with the beloved brand in a new, creative way.”

The Lego Duplo Peppa Pig app comes as part of a larger agreement revealed in January between Hasbro and The Lego Group. The exciting collaboration sees Peppa Pig come to life in Lego Duplo form for the very first time in Lego products, as well as engaging YouTube content, publishing and incredible attractions and rides in select Merlin Entertainments theme parks. Lego Duplo Peppa Pig play areas are currently open at Legoland Billund and the brand-new Peppa Pig Park in Gunzburg in Germany, situated next to Legoland Deutschland Park.
